XRF,PXRD和FTIR的廣藿香主要組分測定與表征

【摘要】:中藥的質(zhì)量控制和評價在現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。為了客觀和高精度的鑒別中藥材特性,實現(xiàn)對中藥材質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性的控制,利用XRF,PXRD和FTIR對廣藿香的主要組分及微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行測定,建立了基于XRF,PXRD和FTIR鑒別中藥材主要組分及產(chǎn)地特征的新方法。實驗結(jié)果表明,廣藿香中含有K,Ca,Cl,Si和P等多種元素,獨有的元素特征譜是廣藿香形成藥效好的道地藥材的部分物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。廣藿香含有大量的晶態(tài)物質(zhì)及少量非晶態(tài)物質(zhì),且Ca在其中以CaC_2O_4·H_2O狀態(tài)存在,被檢樣品中該晶體物質(zhì)含量的多少與相關(guān)銳峰的強(qiáng)弱成正比。對FTIR譜峰進(jìn)行了歸屬與分析,提供了醇類、黃酮及草酸鈣等物質(zhì)的化學(xué)組分信息。該法聯(lián)用XRF,PXRD和FTIR技術(shù)從元素、原子和分子微觀層面客觀地表征了廣藿香主要組分及微結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)信息,避免了單獨使用某種方法的片面性,能避免因復(fù)雜的前處理導(dǎo)致樣品固有組分的改變,具有快速、簡潔、再現(xiàn)性好及易于接受等優(yōu)點,為廣藿香及其他中藥材的質(zhì)量控制和品質(zhì)評價提供一種新方法。
[Abstract]:The quality control and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine play an important role in the development of modern medicine. In order to identify the characteristics of Chinese medicinal materials objectively and accurately and to control the quality and stability of Chinese medicinal materials, the main components and microstructure of patchouli were determined by XRF PXRD and FTIR. A new method for identification of main components and origin characteristics of Chinese medicinal materials based on XRF PXRD and FTIR was established. The results showed that patchouli contained many elements, such as K _ (+) CaCl _ (1) Si and P, and the unique elemental characteristic spectrum was part of the material basis for the formation of patchouli. Patchouli contains a large amount of crystalline substance and a small amount of amorphous substance, in which Ca exists in CaC_2O_4 H 2O state. The content of the substance in the sample is directly proportional to the intensity of the sharp peak. The FTIR peaks were assigned and analyzed, and the chemical components of alcohols, flavonoids and calcium oxalate were provided. The method combines XRF PXRD and FTIR techniques to characterize objectively the information about the main components and microstructure of patchouli patchouli at the element, atomic and molecular microcosmic levels, thus avoiding the one-sidedness of using a method alone. It can avoid the change of the inherent components of the sample due to complicated pretreatment. It has the advantages of rapidity, simplicity, reproducibility and acceptability. It provides a new method for the quality control and quality evaluation of patchouli and other Chinese medicinal materials.
