銀翹散的UPLC指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的:通過建立銀翹散的UPLC指紋圖譜,為進(jìn)一步提高銀翹散質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供依據(jù)。方法:運用Waters超高液相色譜儀,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色譜柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流動相為甲醇-乙腈(1∶1)-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脫;流速0.3 m L/min;檢測波長230 nm;柱溫40℃。結(jié)果:根據(jù)10批銀翹散的指紋圖譜,確定了24個共有峰,利用對照品指認(rèn)了5個共有峰。結(jié)論:該研究采用UPLC建立銀翹散的指紋圖譜,方法操作簡單、特征性強、精密度高、重現(xiàn)性好,可為銀翹散的質(zhì)量控制和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the UPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao Powder and to provide the basis for further improving the quality standard of Yinqiao Powder.
