【摘要】：報道了可見光光氧化還原催化的三級胺α-位碳-氫鍵的氰基化反應.該反應使用高價碘氰基試劑作為安全的氰基源,避免生成劇毒的氰基負離子、無需使用額外的氧化劑,具有反應條件溫和、官能團兼容性好、操作簡便安全等優(yōu)點.此外,通過應用可見光光氧化還原催化策略,首次實現(xiàn)了可見光催化的烷基羧酸在溫和條件下的脫羧氰基化反應.這些反應為α-氨基腈類化合物和烷基腈類化合物的合成提供了一種有效的方法.
[Abstract]:The cyanylation of tertiary amine 偽-carbon-hydrogen bond catalyzed by visible light redox was reported. In this reaction, high valence iodocyanyl reagent is used as a safe cyanide source to avoid the formation of highly toxic cyanide anion, and no extra oxidant is needed. The reaction conditions are mild, the functional group compatibility is good, and the operation is simple and safe. In addition, the decarboxylation of alkyl carboxylic acids catalyzed by visible light under mild conditions was realized for the first time by using visible light redox catalysis. These reactions provide an effective method for the synthesis of 偽-aminonitrile compounds and alkyl nitriles.
