【摘要】：目的:對(duì)不同產(chǎn)地黨參藥材及其水提物的紅外指紋圖譜進(jìn)行比較分析,說明黨參的紅外光譜特點(diǎn)。方法:采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)分析方法,采集黨參藥材及水提物的紅外光譜,對(duì)光譜進(jìn)行雙指標(biāo)序列分析。結(jié)果:7個(gè)產(chǎn)地黨參藥材的紅外圖譜在3 385、2 929、2 360、1 734、1 541、1 507、1 456、1 250、870、818、778、668 cm~(-1)附近有12個(gè)共有峰,主要對(duì)應(yīng)黨參中的多糖、黨參苷、內(nèi)酯類等成分。以陵川黨參為對(duì)照,得到原藥材的平均共有峰率為72.74%,水提物的平均共有峰率為58.54%,其中原藥材中壺關(guān)黨參與陵川黨參的關(guān)系最為接近。結(jié)論:FTIR圖譜分析可為黨參的鑒定及質(zhì)量控制提供補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and analyze the infrared fingerprint of Codonopsis pilosula and its aqueous extracts from different areas, and to explain the infrared spectrum characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula.Methods: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (transform infrared spectroscopy FTIR) was used to collect the infrared spectra of Codonopsis pilosula and its aqueous extracts.Results: there were 12 peaks in the infrared spectra of Codonopsis pilosula from 7 producing areas, which were mainly corresponding to the polysaccharides, Codonopsis glycosides and lactones of Codonopsis pilosula.Compared with Lingchuan Codonopsis pilosula, the average common peak rate was 72.74 and the average common peak rate of water extract was 58.54. The relationship between Huguan Party and Lingchuan Codonopsis pilosula was the closest.Conclusion the analysis of FTIR spectra can provide a supplement for the identification and quality control of Codonopsis pilosula.
