連通容器泄爆過程的影響因素

【摘要】:以甲烷/空氣混合物為研究對象,開展了連通容器氣體泄爆影響因素的實驗研究。結(jié)果表明:連通容器泄爆片泄爆時,隨著破膜壓力和量綱一泄壓比的減小,大、小球容器的最大泄爆壓力均增大;在等量綱一泄壓比條件下,隨著連接管道長度的增加,傳爆容器的最大泄爆壓力增大。連通容器無膜泄爆時,大球點火條件下,無論管長如何,起爆容器和傳爆容器均比單個容器最大泄爆壓力大。小球點火條件下,當管道長度為0.45 m時,起爆容器和傳爆容器的最大泄爆壓力均小于單個容器。連通容器無膜泄爆且量綱一泄壓比相同時,當管道長度為0.45 m時,大、小容器內(nèi)的最大泄爆壓力基本相等;當管道長度為2.45 m時,大容器點火時,傳爆容器最大爆炸壓力大于起爆容器,但小容器點火時,起爆容器最大泄爆壓力大于傳爆容器;當管道長度為4.45和6.45 m時,傳爆容器最大泄爆壓力均大于起爆容器。
[Abstract]:Taking methane / air mixture as the research object, the experimental study on the influence factors of gas explosion in connected vessel was carried out.The results show that the maximum venting pressure increases with the decrease of film breaking pressure and dimensionality pressure ratio, and increases with the increase of the length of the connection pipe under the condition of equal dimension and one discharge pressure ratio.The maximum venting pressure of detonation vessel is increased.Under the condition of large ball ignition, the maximum venting pressure of detonation vessel and detonation transmission vessel is higher than that of single vessel, regardless of the length of pipe.When the length of pipe is 0.45 m, the maximum venting pressure of detonation vessel and transmission vessel is smaller than that of a single vessel.The maximum venting pressure in a large and small vessel is basically equal when the length of the pipe is 0.45 m, and when the length of the pipe is 2.45 m, the maximum venting pressure of the large vessel is almost the same, and when the length of the pipe is 2.45 m, the maximum venting pressure in the small vessel is basically the same.The maximum explosion pressure of the detonation vessel is greater than that of the priming vessel, but the maximum venting pressure of the detonation vessel is greater than that of the detonation vessel when the small vessel is ignited, and when the length of the pipeline is 4.45 and 6.45 m, the maximum venting pressure of the detonating vessel is higher than that of the priming vessel.
