山楂體外降三酰甘油主要活性組分譜效關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的探討山楂降三酰甘油(TG)主要活性成分UPLC指紋圖譜與藥效之間的相關(guān)性。方法利用TG體外模擬消化模型,篩選出山楂降TG主要活性組分。采用UPLC法建立12批不同產(chǎn)地山楂降TG主要活性組分指紋圖譜,并獲取相應(yīng)的藥效數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用偏最小二乘法,進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果山楂中富含黃酮的組分能夠明顯地降低TG水平。經(jīng)相關(guān)性分析,在該組分指紋圖譜所含的11個(gè)共有峰中,1(B型原花青素二聚體)、3(原花青素C1)、4(B型原花青素二聚體)、5(蘆丁)、6(金絲桃苷)、7(異槲皮苷)、8(B型原花青素二聚體)號(hào)色譜峰所對(duì)應(yīng)的化合物對(duì)降TG呈正相關(guān)作用,其余包括2(表兒茶素)、10(槲皮素)、11(5-O-咖啡奎尼丁酯)號(hào)色譜峰在內(nèi)的各峰則呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論山楂黃酮類成分對(duì)降低TG水平存在不同程度的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between UPLC fingerprint and pharmacodynamics of the main active component of Triglyceride Triglyceride in Hawthorn. Methods the digestion model was simulated by TG in vitro. The main active components of reducing TG in Hawthorn were screened out. The fingerprint of 12 groups of active components of reducing TG in Hawthorn from different producing areas were established by UPLC method, and the corresponding effective data were obtained, and the partial least square method was used. Results the flavonoid rich components in Hawthorn could significantly reduce TG level. Among the 11 common peaks in the fingerprint chromatogram of this component, the peak number of the chromatographic peak of 1 / B type procyanidin dimer (C _ (1) C _ (1)) ~ (4) ~ (4) ~ (B) procyanidin dimer (Rutin) is corresponding to the peak number of the chromatographic peak of "Rutin" ~ (6) (Hypericrin (isoquercetin) ~ (8) B type procyanidin dimer). There was a positive correlation between the compound and TG, The other peaks, including the chromatographic peak of 2 (epigallocatechin) (quercetin (quercetin) 115-O- coffee quinyl ester), were negatively correlated. Conclusion Hawthorn flavonoids have different effects on the decrease of TG level.
