【摘要】：利用水熱法合成粒度不同的球形碳顆粒,通過電鏡、氮?dú)馕胶蚗射線衍射儀對其形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)和物相組成進(jìn)行表征,并以不同碳為鉑催化劑載體,研究環(huán)己烷脫氫反應(yīng)的催化性能,考察不同碳載體粒度對負(fù)載鉑催化劑性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:球形碳顆粒負(fù)載質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)1.0%的鉑催化劑,其催化脫氫性能隨碳顆粒粒度的改變而有所不同,粒度減小,環(huán)己烷脫氫活性增強(qiáng),并且優(yōu)于活性炭負(fù)載鉑催化劑的性能;通過改變球形碳載體粒度大小和優(yōu)化鉑負(fù)載量,可增強(qiáng)催化劑活性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Spherical carbon particles of different sizes were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The morphology, structure and phase composition of spherical carbon particles were characterized by electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption and X-ray diffraction. The catalytic performance of cyclohexane dehydrogenation was studied, and the effect of different particle sizes of carbon support on the performance of supported platinum catalyst was investigated. The results showed that the Pt catalyst supported on spherical carbon particles with 1.0% mass fraction was obtained. Its catalytic dehydrogenation performance varies with the change of carbon particle size, the particle size decreases, the dehydrogenation activity of cyclohexane increases, and it is better than that of activated carbon supported platinum catalyst. It can enhance the activity and stability of the catalyst.
