含氟鑭鈰復(fù)合氧化物的制備、結(jié)構(gòu)及性能研究

【摘要】:La,Ce是豐度最高的稀土元素,主要用于催化和拋光材料。研究了從稀土鹽到含F(xiàn)的La-Ce復(fù)合氧化物的制備過(guò)程,以及La/Ce比例、氟化過(guò)程、干燥過(guò)程及焙燒溫度等對(duì)制備的含氟鑭鈰復(fù)合氧化物結(jié)構(gòu)、粒徑和形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,用Na F 90℃氟化2 h,經(jīng)噴霧干燥,采用分段焙燒技術(shù),最終經(jīng)850℃焙燒后可制備出顆粒分布均勻、團(tuán)聚少、呈橢球形的含F(xiàn)的La-Ce鈰復(fù)合氧化物。制備的樣品用于旭硝子玻璃的研磨拋光,測(cè)得切削率0.115 mm/20 min,樣品合格率約為90%。
[Abstract]:LaCe is the most abundant rare earth element, which is mainly used for catalytic and polishing materials. The preparation process of La-Ce complex oxides from rare earth salts to F, La/Ce ratio and fluorination process were studied.
