【摘要】：為探討胞嘧啶(Cytosine,Cy)在基底銀表面的吸附特性和規(guī)律,采用表面增強(qiáng)拉曼散射(SERS)光譜對(duì)其吸附行為進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合量子化學(xué)密度泛函理論(DFT)/B3LYP計(jì)算方法對(duì)Cy分子的常規(guī)拉曼光譜(NRS)及Cy與Ag團(tuán)簇吸附的SERS光譜進(jìn)行計(jì)算,與測(cè)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對(duì)且對(duì)其拉曼峰進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)指認(rèn)及歸屬,理論計(jì)算結(jié)合實(shí)測(cè)值探討了Cy在基底Ag上的增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)和吸附行為�？疾炝薈y分子在Ag納米粒子上的不同吸附時(shí)間、濃度、pH等條件對(duì)SERS光譜的影響及優(yōu)化,發(fā)現(xiàn)pH影響最大,在中性和強(qiáng)堿性條件下的增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)明顯優(yōu)于酸性。Cy分子存在2種不同的異構(gòu)體和3種不同的存在形態(tài),并隨酸度變化相互轉(zhuǎn)化而達(dá)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡�；贑y在不同pH時(shí)的形態(tài)分布和相應(yīng)的SERS變化規(guī)律,結(jié)合DFT算得的Cy分子中的電荷分布及在銀基底表面的吸附機(jī)制,詳細(xì)探討了酸堿對(duì)Cy分子的SRES光譜影響的內(nèi)因和吸附機(jī)理,指出在中性和弱堿性時(shí),是Cy中的N3和O與Ag形成配位吸附;在pH大于11時(shí),N與Ag形成配位吸附,而O與Ag形成共價(jià)吸附。
[Abstract]:In order to study the adsorption characteristics and regularity of cytosine cytosine cytosine on the surface of silver substrate, the adsorption behavior of cytosine cytosine cytosine on silver substrate was analyzed by surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. The conventional Raman spectra of Cy and the SERS spectra of Cy adsorbed on Ag clusters were calculated by using DFT / B3LYP method of density functional theory of quantum chemistry. The results were compared with the measured results and the Raman peaks were systematically identified and assigned. The enhancement effect and adsorption behavior of Cy on Ag substrate were studied by theoretical calculation and experimental data. The influence and optimization of Cy molecules on SERS spectra were investigated under different adsorption time, concentration and pH of Cy molecules on Ag nanoparticles. The results showed that pH had the greatest influence on the SERS spectra. The enhancement effect at neutral and strong alkalinity is obviously superior to that of acid. Cy molecule with two different isomers and three different forms. Based on the speciation distribution of Cy at different pH and the corresponding law of SERS change, the charge distribution in Cy molecule and the adsorption mechanism on the surface of silver substrate were calculated by DFT. The internal cause and adsorption mechanism of the influence of acid and base on the SRES spectrum of Cy molecule are discussed in detail. It is pointed out that in neutral and weak alkalinity, N _ 3 and O in C _ y form coordination adsorption with Ag, and at pH > 11:00, N forms coordination adsorption with Ag. While O and Ag form covalent adsorption.
