【摘要】:以油泥為原料,采用ZnCl_2活化法制備吸附劑,吸附處理水中的油類物質(zhì)。研究了制備油泥吸附劑過程中活化劑ZnCl_2溶液濃度、固液體積比、活化溫度、活化時間對吸附劑性能的影響,并對吸附劑比表面積和孔隙分布進行了分析。確定了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性最佳的制備條件為ZnCl_2溶液濃度5.0 mol·L~(-1),固液體積比1∶1.5,活化時間2.0 h,活化溫度450℃,吸附劑BET比表面積為316.088 2 m~2·g~(-1),對水中油類污染物質(zhì)去除率為94.61%。
[Abstract]:The ZnCl_2 activation method was used to prepare adsorbents from oil sludge to adsorb and treat oil in water. The concentration of activator ZnCl_2 solution, the ratio of solid to liquid volume, activation temperature were studied. The effects of activation time on the properties of the adsorbent were analyzed. The optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: concentration of ZnCl_2 solution 5.0 mol 路L ~ (-1) ~ (-1), volume ratio of solid to liquid 1: 1.5, activation time 2.0 h, activation temperature 450 鈩,
