【摘要】:在進(jìn)出口檢測檢疫部門,血液制品的檢驗與分類是件重要且復(fù)雜的事情。對于全血樣品,開放式的采集可能帶來污染,且血樣中的致病因子可能會對檢測人員造成危害。因此急需非接觸式的全血分類鑒別方法。常用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)中的光譜方法由于需要對血細(xì)胞進(jìn)行采樣,所以無法在非接觸全血分類鑒定中采用。紅外吸收光譜學(xué)是一種可用來分析樣品分子結(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)鍵的技術(shù),可以在不直接接觸樣品的情況下對樣品進(jìn)行探測。為尋找一種可實現(xiàn)非接觸式血液樣品種屬差異性狀探測的可行光譜方法,采用近紅外譜段(4 497.669~7 506.4cm~(-1))對犬貓雞三類常見動物全血樣品進(jìn)行了透射光譜測量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)所測樣品均在5 184~5 215cm~(-1)之間有個明顯的吸收峰,在7 000cm~(-1)附近有個較平緩的吸收峰,且同種動物個體之間的透射光譜分布相似,只在整體透射率上有些差別。采用相關(guān)系數(shù)比較三類動物全血樣品近紅外透射光譜的區(qū)別,計算得出同種動物不同個體光譜曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.99,而不同種動物光譜曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.509 48~0.916 13之間。其中雞與貓光譜曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.857 23~0.912 44之間;雞與犬光譜曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.509 48~0.664 82之間;貓與犬光譜曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.872 75~0.916 13之間。犬貓同屬哺乳綱,兩者全血的近紅外透射光譜相關(guān)系數(shù)比犬雞或貓雞非同綱動物的大,即光譜曲線的相似度更高。研究結(jié)果表明近紅外透射光譜是一種非接觸式動物全血鑒別的可行方法。
[Abstract]:In the import and export inspection and quarantine department, the inspection and classification of blood products is an important and complicated thing. For whole blood samples, open collection may bring pollution, and the pathogenic factors in blood samples may be harmful to the inspectors. Therefore, there is a need for non-contact classification of whole blood. The use of spectral methods in common flow cytometry can not be used in non-contact whole blood classification because it needs to sample blood cells. Infrared absorption spectroscopy is a technology that can be used to analyze the molecular structure and chemical bonds of samples. It can detect samples without direct contact with samples. To find a non-contact blood sample detection of different traits of varieties of feasible spectral methods using near infrared spectrum (4 497.669~7 506.4cm~ (-1)) of three kinds of common chicken dogs and cats animal blood samples to measure the transmission spectra. It was found that there was an obvious absorption peak between 5 184~5 215cm~ (-1) and a relatively gentle absorption peak near 7 000cm~ (-1). Correlation coefficients were used to compare the difference between near infrared transmission spectra of three kinds of animal blood samples. The correlation coefficients of different animal spectral curves were all greater than 0.99, while the correlation coefficients of different animal spectral curves were between 0.509 48~0.916 13. The correlation coefficient between chicken and cat spectral curve is between 0.857 23~0.912 44, and the correlation coefficient between chicken and dog spectral curve is 0.509 48~0.664 82, and the correlation coefficient between cat and dog spectral curve is 0.872 75~0.916 13. Dogs and cats are mammals, near infrared spectroscopy of both blood related coefficient than chicken or chicken dog cat with large animal classes, namely the higher similarity of spectral curve. The results show that the near infrared transmission spectrum is a feasible method for non-contact animal whole blood identification.
