某加工行業(yè)能源利用優(yōu)化與廢料再利用可行性研究

【摘要】:我國的加工行業(yè)是資源消耗及污染物排放的大戶,對于完成“十二·五”規(guī)劃,實現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo),加工行業(yè)有著更加重大的社會責(zé)任。工業(yè)上能源利用的優(yōu)化和應(yīng)用可再生資源,是減少二氧化碳排放的重要措施。本文經(jīng)過實地考察與分析,決定選取廣西某制糖工業(yè)旗下的兩個工廠為研究對象,作為能源優(yōu)化和廢料再利用的研究。以生物質(zhì)(甘蔗和蔗渣)為原料的制糖工業(yè)和造紙工業(yè)是廣西的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),經(jīng)過一系列的加工過程后最終得到白砂糖和紙漿制品。本文描述了實地考察中發(fā)現(xiàn)的資源不合理利用的現(xiàn)象,同時也詳細(xì)地概述了糖廠與紙廠的制造工藝。利用ECLIPSE模擬軟件建立其完整的工業(yè)模型,并模擬各階段生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的物料輸入和能量輸入,之后通過分析模擬結(jié)果找出兩廠在生產(chǎn)廢料中具有潛力的能源物質(zhì),使其“變廢為寶”再利用到產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中去。模擬結(jié)果說明該糖廠和紙廠排放的廢料中確實存在著部分有機(jī)物。因此,分析和評估從模擬中找出的有機(jī)廢料,以及從實地考察中在紙廠發(fā)現(xiàn)的另外一種生物質(zhì)能源料場淋水,并確定這幾種物質(zhì)再利用的方案。最后,綜合以上的分析結(jié)果,利用所有潛在的有機(jī)廢料為紙廠設(shè)計能源優(yōu)化方案。即將這些物質(zhì)通過厭氧消化的方法在沼氣池中生成沼氣,并將全部產(chǎn)生的生物質(zhì)燃料通入紙廠的熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中,代替部分煤的燃燒為紙廠供能。最終的模擬結(jié)果證實了該改進(jìn)方案是合理及有效的,每年可以為該紙廠節(jié)約用煤10186噸,并實現(xiàn)22.5%的二氧化碳減排量。
[Abstract]:The processing industry of our country is a big consumer of resource consumption and pollutant emission. It has more important social responsibility for accomplishing the "Twelfth five-year Plan" and realizing the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. The optimization and application of renewable resources in industrial energy utilization is an important measure to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. After on-the-spot investigation and analysis, this paper decided to select two factories of a sugar industry in Guangxi as the research object, as the research on energy optimization and waste reuse. Sugar-making and paper-making industry based on biomass (sugar cane and bagasse) is the pillar industry of Guangxi. After a series of processing processes, white sugar and pulp products are finally obtained. This paper describes the phenomenon of unreasonable utilization of resources found in the field investigation, and also gives a detailed overview of the manufacturing processes of sugar and paper mills. The ECLIPSE simulation software is used to establish a complete industrial model, and to simulate the input of materials and energy in each stage of the production process. After analyzing the simulation results, we can find out the potential energy materials in the waste production of the two plants. Make it "change waste into treasure" and reuse it in the production of products. The simulation results show that some organic compounds do exist in the waste discharged from the sugar and paper mills. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of the organic waste found from the simulation, as well as the leaching of water from another biomass energy plant found in the field study, and the determination of the schemes for the reuse of these substances. Finally, all the potential organic waste is used to design the energy optimization scheme for paper mill based on the above analysis results. The biogas is produced in biogas digester by anaerobic digestion, and all the biomass fuel is fed into the cogeneration system of paper mill to replace the combustion of some coal to supply energy for paper mill. The simulation results show that the improved scheme is reasonable and effective. It can save 10186 tons of coal and reduce carbon dioxide emission by 22.5% per year for the paper mill.
