推流器布置對氧化溝流場特性的影響
[Abstract]:In view of sludge deposition phenomenon in annular runway oxidation ditch, under the premise of the same cell structure, the location of pushers is changed. The standard k- 蔚 turbulence model is called by using polyhedron mesh division mode and STARCCM software as simulation platform. The full flow field simulation of four pushers is carried out under the condition of simultaneous opening. The velocity distribution of each section of the channel, the velocity distribution of the whole flow field and the dead zone rate of the flow field (the proportion of the velocity less than the region occupied by a certain value) are analyzed. The results show that the location of the impeller is very important to the velocity distribution, and the large or small distance between the impeller and the intermediate diversion wall will lead to the uneven velocity distribution of the flow field and the higher dead zone rate. When the spacing is 0.85 times of the sum of the radius of the annular diversion wall and the offset distance, the velocity distribution of the whole is the most uniform, the average velocity of the main section is higher than 0.35 m / s, and the dead zone rate is the lowest. It is inevitable to deflow behind the annular diversion wall and at the two ends of the intermediate diversion wall, but it can be improved by changing the position of the impeller, and there is a clear vortex phenomenon at the bend of the oxidation ditch and the obstruction of the wall.
