陜北富縣污水廠升級(jí)改造工藝方案設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:本文以陜西省富縣城區(qū)生活污水處理廠實(shí)際運(yùn)行效率為研究對(duì)象,采用氧化溝處理工藝,該污水廠于2010年10月投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。水廠建成初期設(shè)備運(yùn)行正常,出水水質(zhì)基本達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級(jí)B標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但隨著城區(qū)污水管網(wǎng)普及率的提高,進(jìn)水水量不斷增大,出現(xiàn)水質(zhì)也不達(dá)標(biāo),尤其是NH3-N和TP嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)。通過對(duì)污水廠收集管網(wǎng)的前期分析調(diào)查,對(duì)污水水質(zhì)的主要污染物進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)主管道存在滲漏,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)水主要污染物濃度較低,碳源不能滿足后續(xù)生物處理的要求,處理后出水不能達(dá)標(biāo)。實(shí)測(cè)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)SS、COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TP的平均濃度分別為:87mg/L,133mg/L,61mg/L,25.1mg/L,2.38mg/L;實(shí)測(cè)出水水質(zhì)SS、COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TP的平均濃度分別為:16mg/L,52mg/L,16mg/L,19.3mg/L,1.08mg/L。針對(duì)該水廠實(shí)際運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的問題,對(duì)污水處理廠處理構(gòu)筑物、設(shè)備、出水水質(zhì)及水量調(diào)查分析,提出改造方案。一是對(duì)原有的污水收集管道進(jìn)行維護(hù),不污染沿途的地下水和河道;二是對(duì)原有的生物處理工藝氧化溝不再做更替,只做調(diào)整,使其正常運(yùn)行,以期使得污水出水水質(zhì)能滿足一級(jí)B標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)對(duì)原來的二級(jí)處理水進(jìn)行三級(jí)處理,即污水的深度處理。經(jīng)過對(duì)“曝氣生物過濾(BAF)反應(yīng)池—纖維轉(zhuǎn)盤濾池”、“混凝沉淀—浸入式超濾膜”和“混凝沉淀—纖維轉(zhuǎn)盤濾池”三種組合工藝進(jìn)行比較,選用出水水質(zhì)好、運(yùn)行成本低、投資少的“混凝沉淀—纖維轉(zhuǎn)盤濾池”組合工藝作為本次設(shè)計(jì)的深度處理工藝,處理出水能滿足一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the actual operating efficiency of the municipal sewage treatment plant in Fuxian County, Shaanxi Province, was studied. The oxidation ditch treatment process was adopted, and the wastewater treatment plant was put into operation in October 2010. At the initial stage of water treatment plant, the equipment is running normally, and the effluent quality is basically up to the first class B standard (GB18918-2002) of the Municipal sewage treatment Plant. However, with the increasing of urban sewage pipe network popularization, the influent water quantity is increasing. Water quality is also not up to standard, especially NH3-N and TP seriously exceeded the standard. Through the preliminary analysis and investigation on the collection pipe network of the sewage plant, the main pollutants of the sewage quality are analyzed. It is found that there is leakage in the main pipe, which leads to the low concentration of the main pollutants in the influent, and the carbon source can not meet the requirements of subsequent biological treatment. After treatment, the effluent does not reach the standard. The average concentration of SS,COD,BOD5,NH3-N,TP measured in influent water was: 87mg / L 133mg / L = 61mg / L 25.1 mg / L = 2.38 mg / L; The average concentration of SS,COD,BOD5,NH3-N,TP is 16 mg / L ~ (52) mg / L ~ (16) mg / L ~ (19. 3) mg / L ~ (1.08) mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). In view of the problems existing in the actual operation of the water treatment plant, this paper investigates and analyzes the treatment structure, equipment, effluent quality and quantity of the wastewater treatment plant, and puts forward the modification scheme. First, the original sewage collection pipeline maintenance, do not pollute the groundwater and river along the way; Second, the oxidation ditch of the original biological treatment process is no longer replaced, but only adjusted to make it run normally, in order to make the effluent quality meet the first class B standard, and at the same time, carry on the tertiary treatment of the original secondary treatment water. The advanced treatment of sewage. After comparing the three combined processes of "biological aerated filtration (BAF) reactor-fiber rotary plate filter", "coagulation sedimentation-immersion ultrafiltration membrane" and "coagulation sedimentation-fiber rotary plate filter", the effluent quality is good and the operation cost is low. The "coagulation sedimentation-fiber rotary plate filter" combination process with less investment is used as the advanced treatment process in this design. The effluent can meet the first class A standard.
