污泥連續(xù)式微波熱解制備生物氣

【摘要】:采用升溫迅速的微波能作為熱源,利用自主設(shè)計(jì)微波設(shè)備對(duì)含水率為82%(m/m)的濕污泥進(jìn)行高溫?zé)峤鈱?shí)驗(yàn)。采用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法,探究熱解終溫、停留時(shí)間、活性炭添加量對(duì)污泥熱解生物氣組分和含量的影響規(guī)律,確定連續(xù)式運(yùn)行的最佳工況條件:熱解終溫900℃,停留時(shí)間50 min,活性炭添加比例為30%,熱解功率1 600 W;在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行連續(xù)12h微波高溫?zé)峤鈱?shí)驗(yàn),共熱解污泥56 kg,產(chǎn)生生物氣32.26 kg,熱解油10.98 kg,固體殘?jiān)?2.66 kg,產(chǎn)氣轉(zhuǎn)化率高達(dá)57.8%,生物氣組分H_2+CO含量高達(dá)67%,熱解產(chǎn)物具有良好的工業(yè)利用價(jià)值。污泥熱解生物氣中H2S濃度超標(biāo)10倍以上,而NH_3濃度未超標(biāo),硫化氫的去除技術(shù)研究值得關(guān)注。
