高溫陶瓷管煙氣除塵電模擬及仿真研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)對(duì)高溫?zé)煔鈨艋夹g(shù)的需求,指出陶瓷管過濾器的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢,并對(duì)陶瓷管過濾元件的過濾機(jī)理和過濾特性進(jìn)行分析和研究,為今后合理設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化陶瓷管過濾器結(jié)構(gòu)與控制系統(tǒng)、解決工業(yè)應(yīng)用中的實(shí)際問題提供可靠的理論依據(jù)。根據(jù)空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)基本理論,以孤立捕集體為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)影響陶瓷管過濾器過濾性能的主要機(jī)理和重要因素進(jìn)行研究,推導(dǎo)出各種捕集機(jī)理的捕集效率。應(yīng)用流體力學(xué)的基本定律,對(duì)陶瓷管過濾器內(nèi)的流體流動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行研究,分析主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和流動(dòng)參數(shù)對(duì)陶瓷管過濾器過濾壓降等性能的影響,推導(dǎo)出過濾過程中陶瓷管過濾器壓降的計(jì)算公式。根據(jù)研究需要和現(xiàn)有實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,搭建一套陶瓷管過濾器實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)不同條件下陶瓷管過濾器的過濾特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。根據(jù)陶瓷管過濾器內(nèi)的氣體流動(dòng)特性和相似理論,建立電模擬模型,并利用實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和修正。利用所建立的電模擬模型,進(jìn)行不同滲透率陶瓷管混用的壓降特性預(yù)測,指出陶瓷管混用不利于設(shè)備的統(tǒng)一維護(hù)。利用所建立的電模擬模型,進(jìn)行陶瓷管過濾器使用壽命內(nèi)不同條件下的壓降特性預(yù)測,從理論上指導(dǎo)陶瓷管過濾器及脈沖反吹系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:According to the demand of industrial production for high temperature flue gas purification technology, the application advantages of ceramic tube filter are pointed out, and the filtration mechanism and characteristics of ceramic tube filter element are analyzed and studied. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the rational design and optimization of ceramic tube filter structure and control system and for solving practical problems in industrial application. According to the basic theory of aerodynamics, the main mechanism and important factors affecting the filtration performance of ceramic tube filter were studied, and the capture efficiency of each kind of capture mechanism was deduced. Based on the basic laws of fluid mechanics, the fluid flow characteristics in ceramic tube filter are studied, and the effects of main structure parameters and flow parameters on the filtration pressure drop of ceramic tube filter are analyzed. The formula for calculating the pressure drop of ceramic tube filter in the process of filtration is derived. According to the needs of the research and the existing experimental conditions, a set of ceramic tube filter experimental system was set up to study the filtration characteristics of ceramic tube filter under different conditions. According to the gas flow characteristics and similarity theory in ceramic tube filter, the electric simulation model is established, and the model is verified and corrected by the experimental results. The pressure drop characteristics of ceramic pipes with different permeability are predicted by using the electric simulation model, and it is pointed out that the mixed use of ceramic pipes is not conducive to the unified maintenance of the equipment. By using the established electric simulation model, the pressure drop characteristics of ceramic tube filter under different service life conditions are predicted, and the design of ceramic tube filter and pulse backblow system is theoretically guided.
