城市大氣顆粒物毒性效應(yīng)及機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:大氣顆粒物(PM)嚴(yán)重影響人體的健康,其與人類多種疾病的發(fā)生存在著明顯的暴露—效應(yīng)關(guān)系.本文簡(jiǎn)述了大氣顆粒物的組分和來(lái)源,從大氣顆粒物的呼吸系統(tǒng)毒性、心血管毒性、免疫毒性、神經(jīng)毒性、遺傳毒性等方面,系統(tǒng)地闡述了其對(duì)人體健康的危害,并對(duì)大氣顆粒物的毒性機(jī)制進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和討論,指出了目前相關(guān)研究中存在的問(wèn)題,展望了該領(lǐng)域的研究趨勢(shì),為后續(xù)研究和控制大氣顆粒物的健康危害提供相應(yīng)的科學(xué)參考依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Atmospheric particulate matter (PM) seriously affects the health of human body and has a significant relationship with the occurrence of various diseases in humans. In this paper, the components and sources of atmospheric particulates are briefly described. The harm to human health is systematically described from the aspects of respiratory toxicity, cardiovascular toxicity, immune toxicity, neurotoxicity and genetic toxicity of atmospheric particulate matter. The toxic mechanism of atmospheric particulate matter is summarized and discussed, and the existing problems in related research are pointed out, and the research trend in this field is prospected. It provides a scientific reference for the further study and control of the health hazards of atmospheric particulates.
