鐵炭微電解法去除磺胺類抗生素的研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),由于抗生素的過(guò)量使用和不適當(dāng)排放引起水體污染問(wèn)題,使人們對(duì)抗生素有效降解方法的探索也日益增多。選取了三種常見(jiàn)磺胺類抗生素,并以其中一種磺胺甲基嘧啶作為主要研究對(duì)象,考察了鐵炭微電解法對(duì)磺胺類抗生素的去除效果及反應(yīng)過(guò)程。首先,通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)得到了最佳反應(yīng)條件,即初始pH值為2、鐵炭填料填裝量為1 g/m L、溫度為25℃和曝氣量為60 L/h,在該條件下反應(yīng)8 h,對(duì)磺胺甲基嘧啶的去除率可達(dá)82.9%,對(duì)TOC的去除率達(dá)45.2%。其次,通過(guò)測(cè)定反應(yīng)中TOC、TN、NO_3~-、SO_4~(2-)、Fe~(2+)、Fe~(3+)的濃度變化趨勢(shì),揭示了鐵炭微電解法降解磺胺類抗生素的反應(yīng)途徑,即抗生素中的S—N鍵斷裂釋放出S、N原子,再經(jīng)過(guò)一系列的氧化還原作用得到進(jìn)一步去除。
