大型底棲動物快速評價指數BMWP在太子河流域的應用

【摘要】:大型底棲動物快速生物評價方法可快速判斷河流在人為活動影響下的生態(tài)狀況,對河流健康評價研究和河流保護與管理具有重要的意義。基于太子河46個樣點的大型底棲動物監(jiān)測數據,探討大型底棲動物生物監(jiān)測工作組(Biological Monitoring Working Party,BMWP)指數的適用性。采用方差分析研究了BMWP指數對重要水環(huán)境參數的響應程度,研究結果表明BMWP指數隨地表水水質級別的降低呈顯著地下降趨勢。利用回歸分析研究了BMWP指數與其他生物指數、生境狀況的回歸關系,結果顯示BMWP指數與底棲動物香農多樣性指數(R2=0.74)、底棲動物完整性指數(R2=0.85)以及生境質量評估指數(R2=0.60)均呈顯著線性回歸關系(p0.01),表明BMWP指數可以有效指示與反映不同河段的生物狀況及其棲息地質量。利用BMWP指數對采樣點進行的河流健康評價結果顯示太子河46個采樣點中,極好和良好的采樣點占45.7%,一般的樣點占21.7%,差和極差的樣點為32.6%。BMWP指數對河流生態(tài)狀況指示靈敏,能夠準確反映河流健康狀況。同時,野外監(jiān)測、物種鑒定和指數計算簡便,是河流健康評價中表征能力較強的快速生物評價指數。
[Abstract]:The rapid biological assessment method of macrobenthos can quickly judge the ecological status of rivers under the influence of human activities. It is of great significance to the study of river health assessment and river protection and management. Based on the monitoring data of macrobenthos in 46 samples of Taizi River, the applicability of the Biological Monitoring working Party BMWP index was discussed. The response of BMWP index to important water environmental parameters was studied by variance analysis. The results showed that BMWP index decreased significantly with the decrease of surface water quality level. Regression analysis was used to study the regression relationship between BMWP index and other biological indexes and habitat status. The results showed that there was a significant linear regression relationship between BMWP index and Shannon diversity index (R2N 0.74), zoobenthos integrity index (R2C0.85) and habitat quality assessment index (R2C0.60) (p0.01), which indicated that BMWP index could effectively indicate and reflect different river segments. And the quality of their habitats. The results of river health evaluation by using BMWP index showed that among the 46 sampling sites in Taibei River, the excellent and good sampling points accounted for 45.7, the normal samples accounted for 21.7, the difference and extreme points were 32.6.BMWP index was sensitive to the ecological condition of the river. Can accurately reflect the health of the river. At the same time, the field monitoring, species identification and index calculation are simple, which is a fast biological evaluation index in river health evaluation.
