【摘要】：農(nóng)用地是最寶貴的農(nóng)業(yè)資源、最重要的生產(chǎn)資料,是人類(lèi)最寶貴的財(cái)富。本文以江蘇省某鎮(zhèn)為例,采用單因子指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)法、內(nèi)梅羅綜合指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)法和潛在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)區(qū)域農(nóng)用地土壤進(jìn)行重金屬超標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),綜合三種評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出區(qū)域農(nóng)用地安全利用等級(jí)和安全利用綜合分區(qū)劃分方案�；诎踩镁C合分區(qū)和原有農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)劃進(jìn)行疊置分析后,以精細(xì)化管控用地為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)種植適宜區(qū)劃分方案。結(jié)果表明:文章針對(duì)安全利用區(qū)、基本安全利用區(qū)、低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控區(qū)、中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警區(qū)和高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)限制區(qū)這5種安全利用綜合分區(qū),定性的提出了分區(qū)內(nèi)涵、主要特征、安全水平提出相應(yīng)的利用對(duì)策。(2)劃分出4種區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)種植適宜區(qū):稻-茶-竹-栗-果適種區(qū)、林-竹-茶-果-栗適種區(qū)、稻-油-麥-豆-桑-瓜適種區(qū)、稻-麥-油-豆-百合、蘆葦經(jīng)濟(jì)作物適種區(qū)。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)尺度區(qū)域農(nóng)用地土壤重金屬超標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)和種植適宜分區(qū)研究可為區(qū)域土地資源的合理、高效安全利用提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Agricultural land is the most valuable agricultural resources, the most important means of production, is the most valuable wealth of mankind. Taking a town in Jiangsu Province as an example, a single factor index evaluation method, a Nemero comprehensive index evaluation method and a potential ecological risk assessment method were used to evaluate the heavy metals in the soil of agricultural land in the region. By synthesizing the results of three kinds of evaluation, the paper puts forward the grade of regional agricultural land safety utilization and the comprehensive zoning scheme of safety utilization. Based on the overlay analysis of the comprehensive zoning and the original agricultural regionalization, a scheme for the division of the suitable areas for regional agricultural planting was put forward based on the detailed and controlled land use as the starting point. The results show that: aiming at the five kinds of comprehensive zones of safety utilization, such as safe use area, basic safety utilization area, low risk monitoring area, middle risk early warning area and high risk limited area, the paper qualitatively puts forward the connotation and main characteristics of the zone. The corresponding utilization countermeasures were put forward in safety level. (2) four suitable areas for agricultural cultivation were divided into four regions: rice-tea, bamboo, chestnut, forest, bamboo, fruit and chestnut, rice, oil, wheat, bean, mulberry and melon. Rice-wheat-oil-bean-lily, Reed cash crops suitable for the region. The evaluation of heavy metals in agricultural land of township scale and the study of suitable zoning can provide a scientific basis for the rational, efficient and safe utilization of regional land resources.
