三維電極法去除廢水中氨氮的研究

【摘要】:【目的】分析三維電極法去除氨氮的主要途徑及其氧化機(jī)理!痉椒ā恳允魹殛枠O、不銹鋼直筒為陰極、柱狀活性炭為粒子電極,自制三維電極反應(yīng)裝置對廢水中的氨氮進(jìn)行處理,考察電解時間、電解電壓、電解質(zhì)(氯離子)濃度和pH值對氨氮去除效果的影響,并對氨氮的去除機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析!窘Y(jié)果】在一定范圍內(nèi),三維電極對氨氮的去除效果會隨著電解電壓、電解時間、電解質(zhì)濃度的增大而上升;當(dāng)電解電壓為9V,電解時間50min,以0.02mol/L的NaCl作電解質(zhì),在廢水pH呈中性時,三維電極反應(yīng)裝置對廢水中氨氮的去除效果最好,去除率最高可達(dá)70%。通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)及理論分析可知,氨氮的去除途徑主要有2種:一是游離氨(NH3)在電極上直接氧化轉(zhuǎn)化成N2;二是當(dāng)體系中存在一定濃度的氯離子時,銨離子(NH+4)發(fā)生間接氧化反應(yīng)生成N2。極少量亞硝氮和硝氮的生成表明體系內(nèi)有少量的氨氮通過·OH、O3等中間氧化活性物質(zhì)間接氧化!窘Y(jié)論】三維電極法在適宜條件下對廢水中的氨氮有著良好的去除效果,并具有反應(yīng)時間短和二次污染小等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the main ways of removing ammonia nitrogen by three dimensional electrode and its oxidation mechanism. [methods] Graphite rod as anode, stainless steel tube as cathode, columnar activated carbon as particle electrode, The effect of electrolysis time, electrolytic voltage, electrolyte (chloride ion) concentration and pH value on ammonia nitrogen removal was investigated. The removal mechanism of ammonia nitrogen was analyzed. [results] in a certain range, the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen would increase with the increase of electrolytic voltage, electrolytic time and electrolyte concentration. When the electrolysis voltage is 9V, the electrolysis time is 50min and the NaCl of 0.02mol/L is used as the electrolyte, when the pH of the wastewater is neutral, the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater by the three-dimensional electrode reaction device is the best, and the highest removal rate is up to 70%. According to the experimental data and theoretical analysis, there are two main ways to remove ammonia nitrogen: one is that free ammonia NH _ 3 is oxidized directly to N _ 2 on the electrode, the other is when there is a certain concentration of chloride ions in the system, Ammonium ion NH _ 4) was oxidized indirectly to form N _ 2. The formation of a very small amount of nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen indicates that a small amount of ammonia nitrogen in the system is indirectly oxidized by intermediate oxidizing active substances such as OHO _ 3. [conclusion] Three-dimensional electrode method has a good removal effect on ammonia nitrogen in wastewater under suitable conditions. It also has the characteristics of short reaction time and small secondary pollution.
