臨潼污水處理廠二期工程工藝設計研究

【摘要】:本文以臨潼污水處理廠二期工程工藝設計為研究對象,通過對污水處理廠一期工程實際運行水質、水量、主要處理設備和污染物處理效果等統(tǒng)計與實際監(jiān)測分析,確定了二期工程設計規(guī)模和水質指標,對比選擇推薦的工藝方案進行了參數(shù)選取和主要水處理構筑物工藝設計計算、工程投資估算和處理成本分析。得到主要結果如下:(1)通過對臨潼污水處理廠實際運行水量統(tǒng)計和取樣監(jiān)測分析,結合污水廠服務區(qū)的發(fā)展與排水管網建設情況,運用累計頻率分析的方法,確定二期工程設計規(guī)模為2.5×104m3/d;(2)統(tǒng)計分析污水廠一期工程實際運行的水質數(shù)據(jù),結合現(xiàn)場采樣檢測數(shù)據(jù),取定保證率為90%,進水水質確定為BOD5:150mg/L,COD:300 mg/L,SS:150 mg/L,NH3-N:30 mg/L,TN:40 mg/L,TP:4.5mg/L。(3)通過工藝比選,確定污水廠二期工程采用厭氧-缺氧-好氧活性污泥法工藝。二期的污泥處理與一期分開新建,確定采用濃縮—消化—脫水—干化—集中外運的處理工藝流程。(4)二期工程采用(3)中的污水和污泥處理工藝,水價最后確定為為1.4元每噸。污水廠二期擴建工程的建成投產,將使每年排入渭河的污染負荷大幅度削減,有較好的環(huán)境和社會效益。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the process design of the second phase project of Lintong sewage treatment plant as the research object, through statistics and actual monitoring analysis on the actual running water quality, quantity of water, main treatment equipment and pollutant treatment effect of the first stage project of the sewage treatment plant. The design scale and water quality index of the second phase project are determined, and the parameter selection, the main water treatment structure process design calculation, the project investment estimation and the treatment cost analysis are carried out by comparing and selecting the recommended process plan. The main results are as follows: (1) through the statistics of the actual operation water quantity and sampling monitoring analysis of Lintong sewage treatment Plant, combined with the development of the service area of the sewage treatment Plant and the construction of the drainage pipe network, the accumulative frequency analysis method is used. The sludge treatment in the second phase is separated from the first stage, and the process flow of thickening, digestion, dewatering, drying and shipping is adopted. The treatment process of sewage and sludge is adopted in the second phase of the project. The water price is finally determined to be 1.4 yuan per ton. With the completion and commissioning of the second phase of the sewage treatment works, the pollution load discharged into the Weihe River every year will be greatly reduced, and it will have better environmental and social benefits.
