【摘要】：研究一種以鋼鐵冶金燒結機頭電除塵灰為原料,濕法浸取回收其中的氯化鉛并利用其制取一氧化鉛的工藝技術。采用HCl-NaCl混合溶液將燒結灰中的鉛以PbCl_4~(2-)形式絡合浸取回收。利用所回收的氯化鉛制備一氧化鉛。實驗考察浸取工藝中多種因素對浸取效率的影響,研究浸取母液的循環(huán)使用效果和一氧化鉛制備過程的轉化條件。研究結果表明:在溫度為85~90℃,氯化鈉質量濃度為250 g/L,工業(yè)鹽酸用量為25 m L/(100 g),富鉛燒結灰(尾泥)與HCl-NaCl混合溶液的固液比為1.0:3.0 g/m L,浸取時間為30 min的條件下,在浸取過程中鉛的浸取率在99.50%以上;冷析母液循環(huán)使用2次,鉛的總回收率達95.08%;碳酸鈉的加入量為其理論量的0.90~1.00倍,鉛的沉淀率為99.90%,轉化得到的沉淀在650℃煅燒5 h,得到的一氧化鉛產品純度為99.50%,達到HG/T 2325—2004標準中工業(yè)一級品的指標要求。
[Abstract]:A wet leaching process for recovering lead chloride from iron and steel metallurgical sintering machine head as raw material and preparing lead oxide by wet leaching was studied. Lead in the sintered ash was extracted by HCl-NaCl mixed solution in the form of PbCl4 / 2). Lead oxide was prepared from recovered lead chloride. The influence of many factors on the extraction efficiency was investigated experimentally.
