【摘要】：城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價適應(yīng)于城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人類健康的需要。城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康是人類生存和發(fā)展的必要條件。維持城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康,促進(jìn)城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的良性循環(huán),是國內(nèi)外關(guān)注的重要課題。本研究探索昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價體系構(gòu)建及其實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,旨在為昆明生態(tài)城市建設(shè)與城市規(guī)劃等實(shí)際工作進(jìn)行更加科學(xué)、客觀的評判。構(gòu)建一套城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價體系,并對昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康狀況進(jìn)行綜合評價,考察昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,識別影響昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康的不利因素,制定合理的管理措施,對促進(jìn)昆明生態(tài)城市建設(shè)、協(xié)調(diào)人類與生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系、實(shí)現(xiàn)城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本研究通過對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價研究現(xiàn)狀的評述,明確了城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的概念、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能,對比分析了國內(nèi)外采用的城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價方法,本研究確定采用最廣泛應(yīng)用于城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價研究中的活力(V)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)(O)、恢復(fù)力(R)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能(S)和人群健康(P)五個要素組成的評價體系對昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價進(jìn)行研究,基于VORSP理論框架,應(yīng)用模糊綜合評價數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用主觀的平均分配法確定總系統(tǒng)中5個不同要素的權(quán)重,選用客觀的權(quán)重確定方法—變異系數(shù)法確定具體指標(biāo)權(quán)重,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。最終,本研究共選取28個指標(biāo),建立了昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價指標(biāo)體系。依據(jù)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共劃分了五個等級,并根據(jù)隸屬函數(shù)和模糊綜合數(shù)學(xué)評價模型,對2002年至2013年共12年的昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康狀況進(jìn)行了評價,分析了昆明城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康變化的原因,提出了相應(yīng)的對策與措施,并對今后的研究內(nèi)容給予相關(guān)的建議,以期為昆明城市未來的生態(tài)健康發(fā)展提供一定的參考思路。
[Abstract]:Urban ecosystem health assessment meets the needs of urban sustainable development and human health. The health of urban ecosystem is a necessary condition for human survival and development. Maintaining the health of urban ecosystem and promoting the virtuous circle of urban ecosystem is an important topic of concern at home and abroad. This study explores the construction of urban ecosystem health assessment system and its practical application in Kunming, in order to make a more scientific and objective evaluation for the practical work of urban ecological city construction and urban planning in Kunming. A set of urban ecosystem health evaluation system was established, and the comprehensive evaluation of Kunming urban ecosystem health status was carried out, the development situation of Kunming urban ecosystem was investigated, and the unfavorable factors affecting Kunming urban ecosystem health were identified. It is of great significance to establish reasonable management measures to promote the construction of ecological city in Kunming, to coordinate the relationship between human beings and ecological environment and to realize the sustainable development of urban ecosystem. In this study, the concept, structure and function of urban ecosystem health assessment are clarified by reviewing the current research situation of urban ecosystem health assessment at home and abroad, and the methods of urban ecosystem health assessment adopted at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. This study determined to use the most widely used in urban ecosystem health assessment of the five elements of vitality, organizational structure, resilience, ecosystem service function and population health assessment system to Kunming City Ecosystem health assessment, Based on the framework of VORSP theory, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model is used to determine the weight of five different elements in the total system by using the subjective average distribution method, and the objective weight determination method-variation coefficient method is used to determine the specific index weight. Have certain innovation. Finally, 28 indexes were selected and the evaluation index system of urban ecosystem health in Kunming was established. According to the relevant standards at home and abroad, this paper divides the urban ecosystem health assessment standards of Kunming into five grades, and according to the membership function and fuzzy comprehensive mathematical evaluation model, This paper evaluates the state of urban ecosystem health in Kunming from 2002 to 2013, analyzes the reasons for the change of urban ecosystem health in Kunming, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures, and gives some suggestions for the future research. In order to provide certain reference ideas for the future ecological healthy development of Kunming city.
