基于微波輻射計和風廓線資料建立AQI預報

【摘要】:利用氣象部門的常規(guī)和非常規(guī)(微波輻射計和風廓線)氣象觀測、環(huán)境監(jiān)測中心站提供的空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測,研究了空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)(AQI)與氣象要素的關系,在此基礎上用多元線性逐步回歸方法建立了AQI的統(tǒng)計模型,并結合氣象預報的客觀數(shù)值產(chǎn)品與主觀訂正產(chǎn)品,進行了蘇州AQI預報。結果表明,常規(guī)和非常規(guī)氣象要素與AQI有顯著的相關性,其中微波輻射計和風廓線探測的大氣垂直方向上的相對濕度、水平和垂直風速、上下層溫差、以及物理量指數(shù)(A、I指數(shù))與AQI顯著負相關;建立的模型預報結果與AQI實況之間具有顯著的正相關關系,模型預報在一定程度上改善了48 h主觀預報效果,具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:The relationship between air quality index (AQI) and meteorological elements is studied by using conventional and unconventional meteorological observations (microwave radiometers and wind profiles) in meteorological departments and air quality monitoring provided by environmental monitoring center stations. On this basis, the statistical model of AQI is established by using multivariate linear stepwise regression method, and combined with objective numerical products and subjective correction products of meteorological forecast, the Suzhou AQI forecast is carried out. The results show that there is a significant correlation between conventional and unconventional meteorological elements and AQI, in which the relative humidity, horizontal and vertical wind speed, and temperature difference between the upper and lower layers of the atmosphere detected by microwave radiometer and wind profile are significant. There is a significant positive correlation between the predicted results of the model and the actual AQI, and the model prediction improves the effect of 48 h subjective forecast to a certain extent and has a certain reference significance.
