以萘為共代謝的芘的好氧生物降解

【摘要】:為更好有效去除地下水中的常見污染物芘,以萘為降解基質(zhì),利用蒼白桿菌降解芘,并對(duì)反應(yīng)影響因素進(jìn)行了研究,模擬了反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明:濃度為100 mg·L~(-1)、pH=7、25℃、萘的初始反應(yīng)24 h后萘的去除率達(dá)到99.84%,芘的去除率達(dá)到37.5%。另外,菌株在萘初始濃度不同的條件下對(duì)萘的降解符合一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué),對(duì)芘的降解符合二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明蒼白桿菌在去除地下水中的萘和芘方面具有很大前景。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively remove pyrene, a common pollutant in groundwater, naphthalene was used as the degradation substrate, pyrene was degraded by Bacillus pallidus, and the factors affecting the reaction were studied, and the kinetics of the reaction was simulated. The results showed that the removal rate of naphthalene and pyrene reached 99.84 and 37.5% respectively after the initial reaction for 24 h. In addition, the degradation of naphthalene obeys first-order kinetics under different initial concentration of naphthalene, and the degradation of pyrene accords with second-order kinetics. The results showed that Bacillus pallidus had great prospect in removing naphthalene and pyrene from groundwater.
