【摘要】：隨著經濟發(fā)展和全社會對環(huán)境保護工作的日趨重視,鋼鐵企業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護之間的矛盾愈發(fā)凸顯。中國鋼鐵企業(yè)如何在當前環(huán)保壓力逐漸增大、鋼鐵產能面臨過剩的大背景下不被淘汰是一個值得深思的問題,也是對企業(yè)管理者的智慧考驗。實施綠色發(fā)展正成為面向未來的重要發(fā)展途徑。但綠色發(fā)展的現有相關研究大多集中于宏觀戰(zhàn)略的理論論述,具體介紹企業(yè)綠色生產成功經驗的并不多見。本文以鋼鐵工業(yè)中污染物種類復雜、排放量大、排放環(huán)節(jié)多、污染較為嚴重的焦化行業(yè)為研究對象,借助案例研究方法,對鞍鋼股份公司化工總廠的綠色生產實踐進行了研究總結。通過對案例企業(yè)綠色生產的策略研究和效果分析,揭示出了鞍鋼股份公司化工總廠在綠色生產方面積累的成功經驗和存在的問題,并針對存在的問題,提出了相應的改進建議。研究內容主要針對鞍鋼股份公司化工總廠的三期技術改造工程,將其綠色生產策略劃分為兩個部分:在案例正文部分研究論述了清潔生產策略部分和環(huán)境保護策略,在案例分析部分則從策略執(zhí)行的綠色效果和經濟效果兩個方面進行了總體分析。分析結果認為,鞍鋼股份公司化工總廠的綠色生產策略總體上是比較成功的。在國家提出建設生態(tài)文明的大背景下,通過分析和研究鞍鋼股份公司化工總廠在綠色生產方面所采取的策略以及取得的綠色生產成效,一方面可以反映出案例企業(yè)綠色生產的一些重要實踐策略,可以為其他企業(yè)的綠色生產提供經驗借鑒,另一方面也對未來的理論探索有很大的啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increasing attention of the whole society to environmental protection, the contradiction between the development of iron and steel enterprises and environmental protection is becoming more and more prominent. How to increase the pressure of environmental protection in Chinese iron and steel enterprises and how to avoid being eliminated under the background of overcapacity is a question worth pondering and a test of the wisdom of enterprise managers. The implementation of green development is becoming an important way for future development. However, most of the existing researches on green development focus on the theory of macro strategy, and few of them introduce the successful experience of green production. In this paper, the coking industry of iron and steel industry, which has complex pollutant types, large emission, many discharge links and serious pollution, is taken as the research object, with the aid of case study method. The green production practice of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is summarized. By analyzing the strategy and effect of green production in case enterprises, the successful experience and existing problems in green production of General Chemical Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd are revealed, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward in the light of the existing problems. Aiming at the third phase of the technical transformation project of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, the green production strategy is divided into two parts: in the main part of the case, the clean production strategy and the environmental protection strategy are studied and discussed. In the part of case study, the green effect and economic effect of strategy implementation are analyzed as a whole. The result shows that the green production strategy of Anshan Iron and Steel Co. Under the background of the construction of ecological civilization put forward by the state, through the analysis and research on the green production strategy adopted by Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, the green production effect has been achieved. On the one hand, it can reflect some important practical strategies of green production in case enterprises, which can provide experience for other enterprises, on the other hand, it has great enlightening significance for future theoretical exploration.
