【摘要】：除放射性指標(biāo)外,系統(tǒng)對(duì)比分析了中國(guó)、美國(guó)、歐盟、日本以及WHO飲用水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的指標(biāo)項(xiàng)目及限值。對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),總體上講,我國(guó)的指標(biāo)數(shù)量在微生物指標(biāo)、無(wú)機(jī)毒理指標(biāo)以及感官和一般化學(xué)指標(biāo)上的項(xiàng)目較多,而在消毒副產(chǎn)物指標(biāo)、有機(jī)毒理指標(biāo)上比較缺乏。微生物指標(biāo)方面,美國(guó)和日本采用的異養(yǎng)菌指標(biāo)可指示消毒效率和管網(wǎng)清潔度,值得我國(guó)借鑒。消毒副產(chǎn)物方面,我國(guó)缺乏毒性較大的鹵乙腈類和N-亞硝基二甲胺指標(biāo)。無(wú)機(jī)毒理指標(biāo)中可借鑒限定硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽(以氮計(jì))總量的形式。有機(jī)毒理指標(biāo)方面,我國(guó)缺乏大量農(nóng)藥、持久性污染物等新檢出率高、具有毒性的有機(jī)物指標(biāo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了我國(guó)飲用水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定過(guò)程中可以借鑒和值得改進(jìn)的地方。
[Abstract]:In addition to the radioactivity index, the index items and the limit values in the drinking water quality standards of China, the United States, the European Union, Japan and WHO are compared and analyzed systematically.It is found that, on the whole, the number of indexes in our country is more in microbial index, inorganic toxicology index, sensory index and general chemical index, but in disinfection by-product index, organic toxicology index is relatively lack.In terms of microbiological indexes, the heterotrophic bacteria used in the United States and Japan can indicate the disinfection efficiency and the cleanliness of the pipe network, which is worthy of our country's reference.In terms of disinfection by-products, there is a lack of toxic halogen acetonitrile and N-nitrosodimethylamine in China.Inorganic toxicological indexes can be used for reference to limit the total amount of nitrate and nitrite (measured by nitrogen).In terms of organic toxicology, China lacks a large number of pesticides, persistent pollutants and other new detection rate, with toxic organic indicators.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some points that can be used for reference and worthy of improvement in the process of establishing drinking water quality standards in China.
