【摘要】：利用堿性條件下3-硝基丙酸對魯米諾—高錳酸鉀化學(xué)發(fā)光體系有顯著的抑制作用,結(jié)合流動注射分析技術(shù),建立了一種在線檢測飲用水中3-硝基丙酸的流動注射化學(xué)發(fā)光新方法。在優(yōu)化的試驗條件下,其線性范圍為1~150mg/L,方法的檢出限為0.28 mg/L,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.9%,3-硝基丙酸加標(biāo)回收率為76.5%~93.8%。該方法具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性和選取性,可實現(xiàn)飲用水中3-硝基丙酸的快速在線檢測。
[Abstract]:The chemiluminescence system of Lumino-potassium permanganate was significantly inhibited by 3-nitropropionic acid under alkaline conditions.A new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of 3-nitropropionic acid in drinking water was established.Under the optimized test conditions, the linear range is 1 ~ 150 mg / L, the detection limit is 0.28 mg / L, the relative standard deviation is 1.9% and the recovery rate is 76.5% ~ 93.8%.The method has good accuracy and selectivity and can be used to detect 3-nitropropionic acid in drinking water.
