苯乙烯的三維熒光特性及水污染應(yīng)急處理

【摘要】:苯乙烯對人體健康和自然環(huán)境具有極大的危害,是國際衛(wèi)生組織確認(rèn)的致癌物。歷年來,苯乙烯泄漏事故頻繁發(fā)生,對飲用水安全造成了極大的隱患。對水中苯乙烯污染進(jìn)行快速監(jiān)測并采取切實有效的應(yīng)急處理措施有助于保障飲用水的衛(wèi)生安全。利用三維熒光光譜技術(shù)對苯乙烯的水溶液進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在Ex255/Em305處有一個明顯的熒光峰,熒光峰值與苯乙烯溶液濃度呈現(xiàn)良好的線性相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)r達(dá)到了0.995 7,其顏色隨濃度增加而變深。苯乙烯中共有4個共軛π鍵,其中苯環(huán)具有大的共軛π鍵結(jié)構(gòu),乙烯基上同樣具有一個共軛π鍵。同時,苯乙烯的分子結(jié)構(gòu)中,碳原子處于同一個平面上,屬于平面構(gòu)型且具有一定的剛性,符合強(qiáng)熒光物質(zhì)所具有的特征。因此通過三維熒光掃描結(jié)合苯乙烯的熒光特性,能快速測定水體中苯乙烯濃度及判斷水體的污染程度。粉末活性炭可以有效地吸附去除水中的苯乙烯。當(dāng)苯乙烯在源水中的濃度達(dá)到《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定的限值0.02 mg·L~(-1)時,采用180目的粉末活性炭,投加量為15rng·L~(-1)時,苯乙烯濃度可降至0.001 mg·L~(-1),去除率達(dá)95.5%。
[Abstract]:Styrene is a carcinogen confirmed by WHO because of its great harm to human health and natural environment.Over the years, styrene leakage accidents occurred frequently, which caused great hidden danger to drinking water safety.Rapid monitoring of styrene pollution in water and effective emergency measures are helpful to ensure the sanitation and safety of drinking water.Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy was used to analyze the aqueous solution of styrene. It was found that there was an obvious fluorescence peak at Ex255/Em305, and the fluorescence peak showed a good linear correlation with the concentration of styrene solution.The correlation coefficient r was 0.995, and the color became deeper with the increase of concentration.Styrene has four conjugated 蟺 bonds, in which benzene ring has a large conjugate 蟺 bond structure and vinyl group also has a conjugate 蟺 bond.At the same time, in the molecular structure of styrene, the carbon atom is located on the same plane, which belongs to the plane configuration and has certain rigidity, which accords with the characteristics of the strong fluorescent substance.Therefore, the concentration of styrene in water can be measured quickly and the degree of water pollution can be judged by three dimensional fluorescence scanning combined with the fluorescence characteristics of styrene.Powdered activated carbon can effectively adsorb and remove styrene from water.When the concentration of styrene in the source water reached the limit of 0.02 mg / L ~ (-1) specified in the Sanitary Standard of drinking Water, the concentration of styrene could be reduced to 0.001 mg / L ~ (-1) and the removal rate was up to 95.5when the concentration of styrene reached the limit of 0.02 mg / L ~ (-1), and the dosage was 15rng / L ~ (-1).
