過(guò)氧乙酸破解和化學(xué)重絮凝改善活性污泥過(guò)濾脫水性能

【摘要】:活性污泥中的胞外聚合物(EPS)高度親水,破壞EPS結(jié)構(gòu)是促使結(jié)合水釋放的必要過(guò)程.為此,研究利用過(guò)氧乙酸(PAA)預(yù)氧化破解污泥和化學(xué)絮凝過(guò)程以同步實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥減量和脫水性改善,深入解析組合調(diào)理過(guò)程中污泥絮體形態(tài)特征及EPS分布和組成的變化特征.結(jié)果表明:PAA處理污泥對(duì)其過(guò)濾特性影響不大,但有效降低濾后泥餅的含水率;PAA能夠有效破解污泥,破壞EPS中蛋白質(zhì)類(lèi)有機(jī)物,促使結(jié)合水釋放;隨著p H的降低,PAA對(duì)污泥脫水性的改善效果更佳,這主要是因?yàn)樗嵝原h(huán)境有效提高了PAA對(duì)污泥EPS的氧化效率;高劑量PAA處理污泥后未見(jiàn)到有完整結(jié)構(gòu)的絮體.投加聚合氯化鋁(PAC)和氯化鐵后,污泥絮體重新形成,同時(shí)污泥更容易過(guò)濾且脫水性隨之提高.由于具有更強(qiáng)的吸附架橋能力,PAC在改善脫水性方面的效果優(yōu)于氯化鐵.
[Abstract]:EPS, an extracellular polymer in activated sludge, is highly hydrophilic, and the destruction of EPS structure is a necessary process to promote the release of binding water.In order to realize the improvement of sludge dewatering and dewatering simultaneously, the sludge pre-oxidation and chemical flocculation process were used to analyze the morphological characteristics of sludge floc and the variation characteristics of EPS distribution and composition in the combined conditioning process.The results showed that the sludge treated with 1: PAA had little effect on the filtration characteristics, but reducing the moisture content of the cake could effectively crack the sludge, destroy the protein organic matter in EPS, and promote the release of binding water.With the decrease of pH, the sludge dewatering was improved better, which was mainly due to the fact that the oxidation efficiency of PAA to sludge EPS was improved effectively in acidic environment, and the floc with complete structure was not found after high dose PAA treatment.After adding polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and ferric chloride, the sludge floc was formed again, and the sludge was more easily filtered and dehydrated.PAC is superior to ferric chloride in improving dehydration because of its stronger adsorption and bridging ability.
