【摘要】：采用共沉淀法制備CaMgAl-HTLs,ZnMgAl-HTLs,FeMgAl-HTLs三種類水滑石(HTLs),在不同初始濃度、溫度條件下對3種類水滑石的脫氯性能及其隨反應(yīng)時(shí)間的變化進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,并結(jié)合熱重分析對其吸附機(jī)理進(jìn)行推測.結(jié)果表明,3種類水滑石材料都具有良好的脫氯性能,在整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過程中脫氯效率均在86%以上;瞬時(shí)脫氯效率均隨反應(yīng)時(shí)長的增加先減小后維持穩(wěn)定;平均脫氯效率隨HCl初始濃度升高而下降;平均脫氯效率隨溫度的升高呈現(xiàn)出不同的變化趨勢,試驗(yàn)溫度從350℃升高到650℃,CaMgAl-HTLs,ZnMgAl-HTLs類水滑石的平均脫氯效率先升高后下降隨后又略有回升,峰值出現(xiàn)在450℃,分別為97.6%和96.8%,而FeMgAlHTLs類水滑石的平均脫氯效率隨溫度的升高不斷減小,最大值出現(xiàn)在350℃,為94.1%.3種類水滑石中CaMgAl-HTLs吸附劑的綜合性能最佳,脫氯效率在93%以上,FeMgAl-HTLs的性能最不穩(wěn)定.
[Abstract]:Three kinds of hydrotalcite, CaMgAl-HTLs-ZnMgAl-HTLsls-FeMgAl-HTLs, were prepared by co-precipitation method. The dechlorination properties of three kinds of hydrotalcite and their changes with reaction time were studied under different initial concentration and temperature, and the adsorption mechanism of these three kinds of hydrotalcite was predicted by thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the dechlorination efficiency of the three kinds of hydrotalcite materials was above 86%, and the instantaneous dechlorination efficiency decreased first and then remained stable with the increase of reaction time.The average dechlorination efficiency decreased with the increase of the initial concentration of HCl, and the average dechlorination efficiency showed a different trend with the increase of temperature.The average dechlorination efficiency of FeMgAlHTLs hydrotalcite increased from 350 鈩，
