【摘要】：我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)經(jīng)常由于未能針對(duì)其開發(fā)建設(shè)的工程項(xiàng)目開展有效的項(xiàng)目管理,而致使無(wú)法及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題,為改變這一現(xiàn)實(shí),建筑施工企業(yè)或是開發(fā)企業(yè)要想成功實(shí)施建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理,特別建筑工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制,就必須制定切實(shí)可行的項(xiàng)目管理手段作為管理的制度保障�；谝陨涎芯勘尘�,本文以泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目作為進(jìn)度控制的分析案例,泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目作為典型的工程項(xiàng)目,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目開展進(jìn)度控制即要適應(yīng)泰安建筑工程管理的需要,同時(shí)也要滿足污水處理改造項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)要求。本文研究遵循著如下思路層層推進(jìn),即首先分析泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制情況,分析和研究目前國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)校建設(shè)進(jìn)度控制存在的共性問(wèn)題；隨后,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論知識(shí)、技術(shù)及方法的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的一些理論知識(shí),對(duì)泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全過(guò)程的進(jìn)度控制研究；最后,以前文研究為基礎(chǔ),提出科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制模式,保證泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目如期、高質(zhì)量的完成,并為其他學(xué)校建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制提供一定的參考。為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)上述內(nèi)容的深入分析,本文使用了多種研究方法來(lái)完善本文的研究,主要通過(guò)使用橫道圖比較法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖法、關(guān)鍵路徑法、理論結(jié)合案例分析法對(duì)案例對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究并最后形成如下研究?jī)?nèi)容：其一,在分析泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目概況時(shí),首先說(shuō)明項(xiàng)目基本情況；隨后針對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度影響因素、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度應(yīng)對(duì)措施加以分析。其二,開展泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃闡述時(shí),,則分別項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)描、工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制等三個(gè)方面說(shuō)明。其三,為了確保項(xiàng)泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的順利進(jìn)行,必須采取多種措施對(duì)其進(jìn)度控制提供保障,主要通過(guò)項(xiàng)目控制體系建立、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施、進(jìn)度責(zé)任落實(shí)、施工進(jìn)度偏差分析、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃監(jiān)測(cè)。其四,針對(duì)泰安市第四污水處理廠工程項(xiàng)目的保障措施,則根據(jù)偏差形成原因,有目的性地提出定期召開工程協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議、確保經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)措施落實(shí)、采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)及其他科學(xué)適用的計(jì)劃方法、加強(qiáng)人力資源配置等方式加以解決。通過(guò)以上研究,希望相關(guān)研究可以為其他類似項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的完善提供有效的借鑒和參考,促進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制工作得以更規(guī)范、更科學(xué)地進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to change this reality, Chinese construction enterprises often fail to carry out effective project management in view of their development and construction projects, so that some problems in project construction can not be found in time. If the construction enterprise or the development enterprise wants to successfully implement the construction project management and the progress control of the special construction project, it must make the feasible project management means as the system safeguard of the management. Based on the above research background, In this paper, the project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Taian city is taken as an analysis case of schedule control, and the project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Taian city is regarded as a typical project. To carry out the progress control of the project, it is necessary to adapt to the needs of Tai'an construction project management, and also to meet the relevant requirements of the sewage treatment and transformation project. First of all, it analyzes the progress control situation of the fourth sewage treatment plant project in Taian City, analyzes and studies the common problems existing in the progress control of domestic school construction at present, and then draws lessons from the theory of project schedule control at home and abroad. On the basis of technology and methods, using some theoretical knowledge of project schedule control, the actual situation of the project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Taian city is seriously analyzed, and the whole process of progress control of the project is studied. On the basis of previous studies, this paper puts forward a scientific, standardized and systematic project schedule control model to ensure the completion of the project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Taian on schedule and high quality. In order to achieve the in-depth analysis of the above content, this paper uses a variety of research methods to improve the research of this paper, mainly through the use of cross-road map comparison method, network diagram method, The key path method, theory and case analysis method are used to study the case object and the following research contents are formed: firstly, when analyzing the general situation of the project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Taian city, the basic situation of the project is explained first; Secondly, when the progress plan of the fourth sewage treatment plant project in Taian City is elaborated, the project objective is described and the work structure is decomposed. Third, in order to ensure the smooth progress control of the project of the fourth sewage treatment Plant in Xiangtai'an, various measures must be taken to guarantee the progress control of the project. Mainly through the establishment of the project control system, the implementation of the schedule plan, the implementation of the schedule responsibility, the analysis of the construction schedule deviation, the monitoring of the project progress plan. According to the causes of the deviation, the author proposes to hold the project coordination meeting regularly, to ensure the implementation of the economic incentive measures, and to adopt the network planning technology and other scientific and applicable planning methods. Through the above research, we hope that the related research can provide effective reference and reference for the improvement of other similar project schedule control, and promote the project schedule control work to be more standardized.
