【摘要】：隨著采礦、冶煉和電鍍等工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,重金屬對(duì)環(huán)境造成的污染也日益嚴(yán)重。近年來(lái)提出的微生物修復(fù)法,因其成本低和無(wú)二次污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而引起國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。目前,用來(lái)去除環(huán)境中重金屬的微生物主要有真菌、藻類、放線菌及細(xì)菌等,其中細(xì)菌對(duì)重金屬的微生物吸附和解毒機(jī)制研究較為廣泛。將從細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的角度,即細(xì)菌細(xì)胞外部、細(xì)胞表面和細(xì)胞內(nèi)部等三方面概述重金屬脅迫下細(xì)菌的吸附和解毒機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展,主要內(nèi)容包括細(xì)胞外部的沉淀機(jī)制、細(xì)胞表面的吸附機(jī)制以及細(xì)胞內(nèi)部的解毒機(jī)制,并提出未來(lái)可能的發(fā)展方向,旨為重金屬污染的微生物修復(fù)技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of mining, smelting and electroplating industries, the pollution caused by heavy metals to the environment is becoming more and more serious. At present, the microbes used to remove heavy metals in the environment are mainly fungi, algae, actinomycetes and bacteria. The mechanism of microbial adsorption and detoxification of heavy metals by bacteria is widely studied. The research progress on the adsorption and detoxification mechanism of bacteria under heavy metal stress is summarized in three aspects, including the precipitation mechanism outside the cell, the adsorption mechanism on the surface of the cell and the detoxification mechanism inside the cell. The possible development direction in the future is proposed to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for microbial remediation technology of heavy metal pollution.
