石墨烯改性有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土吸附性能及其動(dòng)力學(xué)

【摘要】:為提高有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土的吸附性能,采用微波合成法,以石墨烯對(duì)有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土進(jìn)行改性,制備一種吸附效果好且回收效率高的新型石墨烯改性有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土復(fù)合材料,研究其結(jié)構(gòu)和吸附性能,探討新吸附材料的作用機(jī)理。通過(guò)掃描電鏡、紅外光譜和X射線衍射對(duì)有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土及石墨烯改性有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土進(jìn)行表征,并將其用于水中腐殖酸的吸附。結(jié)果表明:石墨烯與有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土均勻復(fù)合,有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土的層間距由1.37 nm增大至2.68 nm;當(dāng)溫度為25℃、p H值為6、吸附劑的用量為5 g·L-1及吸附時(shí)間為1 h時(shí),溶液中腐殖酸的去除率達(dá)到95.52%;石墨烯改性有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)腐殖酸的吸附等溫線符合Langmuir模型和準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,最大理論吸附量為52.08 mg·g-1,且為放熱反應(yīng)。利用0.1 mol·L-1Na OH溶液對(duì)石墨烯改性有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土進(jìn)行解吸再生,5次再生后其對(duì)腐殖酸的去除率為86.3%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the adsorption properties of organobentonites, a new type of graphene modified organobentonite composite with good adsorption effect and high recovery efficiency was prepared by microwave synthesis method. The structure and adsorption properties of organobentonites and graphene modified organobentonites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was used to adsorb humic acid in water. The results showed that graphene was homogeneously combined with organobentonite.
