【摘要】：中國環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過幾十年來的發(fā)展,以及隨著國家環(huán)境保護政策力度的不斷加大、環(huán)保法律法規(guī)的不斷完善,逐漸由初期的“三廢”(廢氣,廢水,廢棄物)為主,發(fā)展為包括環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、環(huán)保服務(wù)、環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、環(huán)境友好產(chǎn)品和資源循環(huán)化利用等門類齊全的環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。隨著環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,規(guī)模不斷加大,產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品不斷優(yōu)化升級。不斷有新企業(yè)進入環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè),造成競爭不斷加劇,老牌環(huán)保公司競爭地位受到挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)要想在競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟,保持自身競爭優(yōu)勢,就必須要不斷調(diào)整公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文從闡述目前環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀入手,用PEST法分析了我國環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)中污水處理行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。運用SWOT分析模型和價值鏈分析,對WK環(huán)保公司的全面描述并對經(jīng)營狀況的分析,深入剖析WK環(huán)保公司的企業(yè)特點、優(yōu)勢和劣勢；確定WK環(huán)保公司的核心能力和核心業(yè)務(wù),結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理、公司理財、管理經(jīng)濟學(xué)等方面的知識,得出WK環(huán)保公司應(yīng)采取激進型戰(zhàn)略來調(diào)整公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展。通過市場吸引力和企業(yè)自身競爭力,結(jié)合自身核心能力和核心業(yè)務(wù),提出主要在水處理行業(yè)進行主要投資,固體廢棄物行業(yè)適度投資,對大氣污染行業(yè)不投資的決策。并結(jié)合組織策略、投資策略、人力資源管理策略、財務(wù)管理策略和營銷策略的調(diào)整,為WK環(huán)保公司的激進型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實施提供保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of environmental protection industry in China over the past several decades, and with the increasing intensity of national environmental protection policies and the continuous improvement of environmental protection laws and regulations, the "three wastes" (waste gas, waste water and waste) in the initial period have gradually become the main ones. Develop into a complete range of environmental protection industry systems, including environmental protection products, environmental services, environmental infrastructure construction, environment-friendly products and recycling of resources. With the rapid development of the environmental protection industry, the scale is constantly increasing. Industrial fields are constantly expanding, industrial structure, technology and products are constantly being optimized and upgraded. New enterprises are constantly entering the environmental protection industry, resulting in increased competition, and the competitive position of established environmental protection companies is challenged. Enterprises want to stand firm in the competition. To maintain its competitive advantage, it is necessary to constantly adjust the development strategy of the company. This paper analyzes the overall development situation of sewage treatment industry in environmental protection industry in China by using PEST method. By using SWOT analysis model and value chain analysis, the overall description and management status of WK environmental protection company are described, and the enterprise characteristics of WK environmental protection company are deeply analyzed. Strengths and weaknesses; determine the core competencies and core business of WK Environmental Protection Company; combine the knowledge of strategic management, corporate financial management, management economics, etc., and draw a conclusion that WK Environmental Protection Company should adopt a radical strategy to adjust the company's development strategy. To achieve leapfrog development. Through market attraction and enterprises' own competitiveness, combining with their core competence and core business, the paper puts forward that the main investment is mainly in the water treatment industry, and the solid waste industry should invest moderately. Combined with the adjustment of organization strategy, investment strategy, human resource management strategy, financial management strategy and marketing strategy, this paper provides a guarantee for the successful implementation of the aggressive development strategy of WK environmental protection company.
