東營某煉油廢水處理工藝方案設計

【摘要】:煉油廢水是石油煉制過程中排放的含油廢水,具有排放量大,污染物成分復雜、濃度高,含大量有毒和難生物降解污染物等特點,直接排放會對環(huán)境造成極大危害。傳統(tǒng)煉油廢水處理工藝為“隔油-氣浮-生化”的老三套工藝,技術成熟、可靠,但對廢水處理效果有限,難以達到日益提高的排放標準。同時,單一的處理工藝很難達到國家和地方排放標準,多級組合處理工藝能根據(jù)各處理單元特點,發(fā)揮各處理單元優(yōu)勢而避免其局限性,達到較好的處理效果,正得到越來越多的工程實際應用。本廢水處理設計以東營某煉油廠廢水處理為實例,根據(jù)對項目水質(zhì)特征的分析,結(jié)合當?shù)刈匀粭l件、排放標準等因素,進行了工藝比選、設計參數(shù)和運行參數(shù)分析論證,確定了一套“隔油+渦凹氣浮+溶氣氣浮+MBBR+臭氧氧化+曝氣生物濾池+過濾+消毒”的組合工藝,并對工程進行了具體的構(gòu)筑物設計和設備選型。根據(jù)設計方案預期處理效果,該煉油廢水經(jīng)組合工藝處理后,pH為6-9,CODcr≤50 mg/L, BOD5≤10 mg/L, SS≤20 mg/L, NH4+-N5 mg/L,石油類≤3 mg/L,揮發(fā)酚≤0.2 mg/L,硫化物≤1.0 mg/L,總氰化物≤0.5 mg/L,色度小于30倍,出水水質(zhì)達到《山東省海河流域水污染物綜合排放標準》(DB37/675-2007)一級標準及2011年修改頁排放標準。根據(jù)設計方案,組合工藝對CODc,的預期去除率為97.5%,對SS的預期去除率為97.1%,對NH4+-N的預期去除率為92.8%,對石油類的預期去除率將達到99.4%。該組合工藝對煉油廢水預期處理效果較好,當水質(zhì)在一定的濃度范圍內(nèi)波動時,組合工藝具有較好的耐沖擊負荷能力,可穩(wěn)定運行,在煉油廢水處理中具有廣闊的工程應用前景。
