袋式除塵器噴管噴吹口徑優(yōu)化

【摘要】:噴管噴吹均勻是為了使同一排濾袋清灰力度均勻。針對袋式除塵器噴管噴吹氣流均勻性的問題,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對各噴嘴出口氣流質(zhì)量流量的均勻性十分關(guān)注。采用流體力學(xué)fluent軟件對噴管內(nèi)流場進(jìn)行模擬,提出了同一排濾袋清灰強(qiáng)弱分布受到各噴嘴出口氣流的動(dòng)量通量分布的影響,而不是質(zhì)量流量的看法。對引射空間流場進(jìn)行模擬,驗(yàn)證了這一看法。結(jié)果表明,為了達(dá)到噴管噴吹均勻,應(yīng)使各噴嘴出口氣流動(dòng)量通量分布均勻。采用動(dòng)量通量修正和重復(fù)迭代的方法對噴管噴吹口徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),獲得了較好的動(dòng)量通量均勻性。
[Abstract]:The purpose of uniform nozzle blowing is to make the same filter bag clean evenly. In order to solve the problem of the uniformity of air flow in the nozzle of bag precipitator, Scholars at home and abroad pay great attention to the uniformity of mass flow at the nozzle outlet. The fluid dynamics fluent software is used to simulate the flow field in nozzle. It is proposed that the distribution of ash removal intensity in the same filter bag is influenced by the momentum flux distribution at the outlet of each nozzle rather than the mass flow rate. The simulation of the ejection space flow field verifies this view. In order to achieve the nozzle injection uniformity, the momentum flux distribution at the nozzle outlet should be uniform. The momentum flux correction and iterative method were used to optimize the nozzle nozzle diameter, and a better momentum flux uniformity was obtained.
