超分子熒光探針對水中敵草快的識別與檢測

【摘要】:針對敵草快用量大及水溶性強(qiáng),易造成農(nóng)作物農(nóng)藥殘留及水資源污染的現(xiàn)狀,提出了以八元瓜環(huán)為構(gòu)筑主體,以染料分子噻唑橙(TO)作為客體,構(gòu)筑了瓜環(huán)—染料超分子熒光探針,通過熒光光譜法來檢測敵草快(DQ)。噻唑橙(TO)在水溶液中幾乎沒有熒光,加入八元瓜環(huán)(Q[8])后使TO的熒光增強(qiáng),形成2∶2的穩(wěn)定復(fù)合物。當(dāng)在Q[8]/TO熒光探針體系中逐漸加入敵草快之后熒光強(qiáng)度又逐漸降低。根據(jù)其光譜變化,表明探針Q[8]/TO對敵草快有分子識別作用,由此建立了以Q[8]/TO熒光探針檢測水中的敵草快的新方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明其在0~3μmol/L范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,檢測限為8.82×10-9mol/L,其在河水中的回收率可達(dá)到105%~106%。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation that the fast dosage of diphacol is high, the water solubility is strong, the pesticide residues of crops and water resources pollution are easy to be caused, it is put forward that the main body is octadecarboid ring and the dye molecule thiazole orange TOO is taken as the object. A supramolecular fluorescence probe of melon-dye was constructed. The fluorescence spectra were used to detect the fluorescence of DQO. The fluorescence of to was enhanced with the addition of Q [8], and the fluorescence of thiazole Orange TOA was almost no fluorescence in aqueous solution. The stable complex of 2: 2 was formed. The fluorescence intensity of the probe Q [8] / to fluorescence probe system decreased gradually after the addition of dimethylate. According to the spectral changes, it was shown that the probe Q [8] / to had a molecular recognition effect on the dimethylate. A new method using Q [8] / to fluorescence probe for the detection of diphacia in water has been established. The experimental results show that the linear relationship is good in the range of 0 ~ 3 渭 mol/L, the detection limit is 8.82 脳 10 ~ (-9) mol / L, and the recovery rate in the river water reaches 105 ~ 106mol / L.
