水質(zhì)自動監(jiān)測技術(shù)在鄂爾多斯市污水處理廠的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:鄂爾多斯市經(jīng)歷了一個經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展的時期。隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,缺水對鄂爾多斯市發(fā)展的限制越發(fā)突顯出來。污水處理與中水回用是解決水資源匱乏的一項重要措施,而水質(zhì)監(jiān)測是評價污水處理效果的一個重要手段。鄂爾多斯在“十一五”期間建設(shè)投運了許多污水處理廠,主要的污水處理工藝以活性污泥、氧化溝法等為主!笆濉币詠,國家在自動監(jiān)測方面提出在原有二氧化硫和COD實施自動監(jiān)測的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了氮氧化物和氨氮的在線監(jiān)測。本文是基于鄂爾多斯市污水處理廠在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),對污水處理工藝在水污染物去除率上的比較。本文包括水污染源自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成、分析儀設(shè)備、基本原理等情況。在鄂爾多斯市污水處理廠自動監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上研究得出:1.采用對比實驗(實驗室手工監(jiān)測與自動在線監(jiān)測)方法,運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計的方法對實驗結(jié)果進行相關(guān)性分析。通過相關(guān)系數(shù)的計算,可以得出結(jié)論:水污染源自動監(jiān)測設(shè)備監(jiān)測所得的數(shù)據(jù)真實可靠,可用于污染物去除率的研究。2.通過調(diào)取在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)日數(shù)據(jù)曲線和月報表,分析得出鄂爾多斯市污水處理廠所收集的污水多為城鎮(zhèn)生活污水,進水量較小,時間上來看水質(zhì)波動性較大,水污染物濃度變化并不規(guī)律。3.通過在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)計算得出污染物去除率,單獨從污染物去除率的角度考慮污水處理工藝的選擇,在市政生活污水的處理中,氧化溝法最佳,其次為活性污泥法,而A2/O(或A/O)脫氮除磷工藝相比較差。
[Abstract]:Ordos city has experienced a period of rapid economic development. With the development of economy, the restriction of water shortage on the development of Ordos city has become more and more prominent. Sewage treatment and reclaimed water reuse is an important measure to solve the shortage of water resources. The monitoring of water quality is an important means to evaluate the effect of sewage treatment. During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, Ordos built and transported many sewage treatment plants. The main sewage treatment processes are activated sludge, oxidation ditch process and so on. In the aspect of automatic monitoring, it is proposed that the on-line monitoring of nitrogen oxides and ammonia nitrogen should be added on the basis of the original sulfur dioxide and COD. This paper is based on the on-line monitoring data of the sewage treatment plant in Ordos. The comparison of wastewater treatment process in the removal rate of water pollutants. This paper includes the composition of water pollution source automatic monitoring system, analyzer equipment, On the basis of the automatic monitoring data of Ordos sewage treatment plant, we get the conclusion that: 1. Using the method of contrast experiment (manual monitoring and automatic on-line monitoring in laboratory), Through the calculation of the correlation coefficient, we can draw the conclusion that the monitoring data of the automatic monitoring equipment for water pollution source is true and reliable. 2. Through the daily data curve and monthly report of on-line monitoring system, it is concluded that the sewage collected by the sewage treatment plant in Ordos city is mostly urban domestic sewage, and the amount of influent water is relatively small. In time, the water quality fluctuates greatly, and the concentration of water pollutants varies irregularly .3. the removal rate of pollutants is calculated by on-line monitoring data, and the selection of wastewater treatment process is considered separately from the point of view of removal rate of pollutants. In municipal sewage treatment, oxidation ditch process is the best, followed by activated sludge process, while A 2 / O (or A / O) nitrogen and phosphorus removal process is relatively poor.
