武漢市東湖水污染分析及治理對策研究

【摘要】:我國城市化建設的腳步正在加快,社會經濟的高速發(fā)展大幅增加了城市水資源的消耗與利用。污水排放力度的增大帶來的是污染負荷加劇,使得城市水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結構和水體功能的遭到嚴重破壞。因此,有效的防治城市水環(huán)境污染,同時保持社會經濟快速發(fā)展,尋求社會、經濟與環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的途徑有著深遠的意義。本文根據武漢東湖嚴重的水環(huán)境污染問題,分析水環(huán)境承載力指標,構建水環(huán)境承載力體系,采用TMDL計劃(最大日負荷量Total Maximum Daily Load)來計算東湖湖區(qū)的污染物總量,分析東湖水環(huán)境污染的狀況。并針對東湖水污染治理中存在的問題,提出相應的治理對策。本文主要研究內容如下:(1)通過閱讀大量的中外文文獻,了解國內外湖泊水環(huán)境污染治理的現狀,結合國內外水環(huán)境污染治理方法,針對東湖研究區(qū)的自然條件、社會經濟情況以及區(qū)域生態(tài)特征,分析東湖水體污染的水質狀況和主要污染因素,辨識東湖水環(huán)境污染的主要環(huán)境問題。(2)根據東湖主要水污染因素和水環(huán)境現狀,通過水環(huán)境容量及水環(huán)境承載力的界定,選取一些數據指標,篩選對東湖水環(huán)境污染有影響的指標,且根據指標的權重,建立東湖水環(huán)境的承載力指標體系,分析東湖水環(huán)境承載力。(3)利用TMDL計劃,根據東湖的實際污染情況,進行東湖的TMDL計劃,針對東湖水體中主要的污染物:總氮,總磷和COD,計算東湖各子湖泊的主要污染物的最大日負荷量。(4)結合東湖水污染治理中存在的各種問題,基于前人的研究成果和現有的研究結果,分析東湖水環(huán)境污染的治理現狀,提出相應的治理對策。
[Abstract]:The pace of urbanization in China is speeding up, the rapid development of social economy has greatly increased the consumption and utilization of urban water resources. The structure of urban water ecosystem and the function of water body are seriously damaged. Therefore, the effective prevention and control of urban water environment pollution, while maintaining the rapid development of social economy, seek the society, The way of sustainable development of economy and environment is of great significance. According to the serious pollution of water environment in East Lake of Wuhan, this paper analyzes the index of carrying capacity of water environment, and constructs the system of carrying capacity of water environment. The TMDL (maximum daily load Total Maximum Daily load) is used to calculate the total amount of pollutants in the East Lake region, and to analyze the situation of the water pollution in the East Lake, and to solve the problems existing in the treatment of the water pollution in the East Lake. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) by reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, we can understand the present situation of water environment pollution control in lakes at home and abroad, and combine the methods of water environment pollution control at home and abroad. In view of the natural conditions, social and economic conditions and regional ecological characteristics of the Donghu Lake research area, the water quality and main pollution factors of the Donghu Lake are analyzed. According to the main water pollution factors and the present situation of the water environment in the East Lake, through the definition of the water environmental capacity and the carrying capacity of the water environment, some data indexes are selected. The index system of water environment carrying capacity of East Lake is established according to the weight of indexes, and the carrying capacity of water environment of East Lake is analyzed. (3) using TMDL plan, according to the actual pollution situation of East Lake, For the main pollutants in the East Lake: total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD, the maximum daily load of the main pollutants in each sub-lake of the East Lake. Based on the previous research results and existing research results, this paper analyzes the current situation of water pollution control in East Lake, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
