【摘要】:利用硫酸溶出銅渣中的有價元素,研究了常壓下硫酸體積分數、浸出時間、浸出溫度和硫酸用量(固/液比)對銅渣中Fe、Cu、Co和Ni的溶出率及溶出速率的影響。結果表明:隨著硫酸體積分數的升高,促進了硅酸凝膠在酸液中的形成,吸附浸出液中的金屬離子,導致了溶液中各金屬的溶出率有所降低;浸出溫度的升高有助于提高銅渣中金屬元素的溶出率。通過試驗研究獲得了銅渣中有價金屬浸出的最佳條件:硫酸體積分數20%,硫酸用量為理論用量的7倍,浸出溫度90℃,浸出時間2 h,此條件下Fe、Cu、Co和Ni的溶出率分別達到94.5%、69.7%、73.9%、36.4%。
[Abstract]:The effect of sulfuric acid volume fraction, leaching time, leaching temperature and the amount of sulfuric acid (solid / liquid ratio) on FeCU in copper slag was studied by using valuable elements in copper slag dissolved by sulfuric acid. The results showed that with the increase of sulfuric acid volume fraction, the formation of silicic acid gel in acid solution and the adsorption of metal ions in leaching solution were promoted. The dissolution rate of each metal in the solution was decreased. The increase of leaching temperature is helpful to improve the dissolution rate of metal elements in copper slag. The optimum conditions of leaching valuable metal in copper slag are obtained by experiment: sulfuric acid volume fraction 20%. The leaching temperature was 90 鈩,
