【摘要】:研究不同液固比條件下磷礦廢石磷素浸出特性,為磷礦廢石利用及治理提供理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)指導(dǎo),進(jìn)行磷礦廢石磷素靜態(tài)淋溶實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:磷礦廢石磷素釋放過程中,液固比直接影響磷礦廢石中磷素釋放速率;低液固比條件下(液固比小于5.0 m L·g~(-1)),固相和液相傳質(zhì)過程未達(dá)到平衡,溶液與磷礦廢石相互作用在快速進(jìn)行,高液固比條件下(液固比大于5.0 m L·g~(-1)),固相和液相傳質(zhì)過程趨于穩(wěn)定;液固比淋溶實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中總磷濃度沒有明顯變化,而磷素累加釋放量隨著液固比呈現(xiàn)出線性變化,說明pH浸提液對(duì)于磷礦廢石中磷素釋放作用屬于溶解度控制。
[Abstract]:In order to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the utilization and treatment of waste phosphate rock, the leaching characteristics of phosphate rock waste rock under different liquid-solid ratio were studied. The static leaching experiment of phosphate rock waste rock was carried out. The results showed that the ratio of liquid to solid directly affected the phosphorus release rate in phosphate rock waste rock during the process of phosphorus release. Under the condition of low liquid-solid ratio (liquid-solid ratio less than 5.0 mL 路g ~ (-1)), the mass transfer process between solid phase and liquid phase does not reach equilibrium, and the interaction between solution and waste rock of phosphate rock is carried out rapidly. Under the condition of high liquid-solid ratio (liquid-solid ratio > 5.0 mL 路g ~ (-1)), the mass transfer process of solid phase and liquid phase tends to be stable. There was no significant change in total phosphorus concentration during the liquid-solid leaching experiment, but the cumulative phosphorus release showed a linear change with the liquid-solid ratio, which indicated that the phosphorus release from the waste rock of phosphate rock was controlled by pH leaching solution.
