【摘要】：對位于新疆生態(tài)脆弱區(qū)的紅柳河至淖毛湖鐵路工程建設過程中可能的生態(tài)環(huán)境影響進行分析,重點研究鐵路建設過程中對所經(jīng)區(qū)域的自然植被、水土保持等的影響途徑、影響程度及相應環(huán)保措施。指出現(xiàn)行環(huán)評體制下,鐵路建設項目環(huán)評存在的不足并提出相應建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the possible impact of ecological environment in the construction of railway project from Hongliuhe to Nao Mao Lake in the fragile ecological region of Xinjiang, and focuses on the natural vegetation of the region in the process of railway construction. The influence ways of soil and water conservation, the influence degree and the corresponding environmental protection measures are pointed out. The shortcomings of the environmental impact assessment of railway construction projects under the current EIA system are pointed out and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
