【摘要】：興建垃圾處理場是解決當前"垃圾圍城"困境的重要手段,而公眾對垃圾處理場的接受度是影響垃圾處理場建設與運營的重要標尺。本研究以廈門的垃圾處理實證調(diào)查為例,從環(huán)境公正的視角分析了公眾對垃圾處理場的接受度問題。結果顯示,環(huán)境公正是影響公眾對垃圾處理場接受度的重要因素。公眾對垃圾處理場的接受度是基于分配公正做出的決策行為;持有自私分配公正觀者;承擔的垃圾處理風險越多,風險感知越強烈,獲得風險補償越少者,對垃圾處理場的接受度越低。而且其決策行為也會受到程序公正(風險溝通、選址程序公正觀)的影響,參與風險溝通越多,對垃圾處理場接受度越高;反對政府與專家決定模式者,越容易出現(xiàn)垃圾處理接受危機。同時,環(huán)境公正還會通過系統(tǒng)信任間接影響垃圾處理場接受度。
[Abstract]:The construction of garbage disposal site is an important means to solve the plight of "garbage siege". The acceptance of the waste disposal site is an important yardstick that affects the construction and operation of the waste disposal site. This study takes the empirical investigation of waste disposal in Xiamen as an example. From the perspective of environmental justice, this paper analyzes the public acceptance of garbage disposal sites. The results show that. Environmental justice is an important factor that affects the acceptance of garbage disposal sites, which is based on distributive justice. Holding selfish distributive justice viewer; The more the risk of garbage disposal, the stronger the risk awareness, the less risk compensation, the lower the acceptance of the garbage disposal site, and its decision-making behavior will be subject to procedural justice (risk communication). The more risk communication, the higher the acceptance of garbage disposal site. Those who oppose the government and experts to decide on the mode are more vulnerable to the crisis of refuse disposal acceptance. At the same time, environmental justice indirectly affects the acceptance of waste disposal sites through system trust.
