【摘要】:基于增濕-除濕原理,設計了一種新型蒸發(fā)分離電鍍廢水結晶系統(tǒng);該系統(tǒng)包含蒸發(fā)分離器、結晶處理器、溶液和空氣處理段。該系統(tǒng)可與熱泵系統(tǒng)耦合,實現(xiàn)鹽溶液低能耗、零排放的環(huán)保處理。構建了蒸發(fā)分離器的數(shù)學模型,獲得各進口參數(shù)對蒸發(fā)分離器傳熱傳質性能的影響。結果表明:當空氣進口含濕量從5.79 g·kg-1上升到13.19 g·kg-1,潛熱換熱量從4.4 k W減小到3.9 k W;當溶液進口溫度從45℃上升到70℃,潛熱換熱量增加3.7 k W。通過提高風量、溶液流量、溶液入口溫度,或者降低進口空氣含濕量,可以有效增加蒸發(fā)分離器的潛熱換熱量,從而使系統(tǒng)高效運行。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of humidification and dehumidification, a new crystallization system for electroplating wastewater was designed. The system includes evaporator, crystal processor, solution and air treatment section. The system can be coupled with heat pump system to achieve low energy consumption of salt solution, zero emission environmental treatment. The mathematical model of evaporator is constructed. The influence of the inlet parameters on the heat and mass transfer performance of the evaporator was obtained. The results showed that the moisture content of the air inlet increased from 5.79 g 路kg-1 to 13.19 g 路kg-1.
