【摘要】:采用氣液硫化法對模擬含鋅污酸廢水進行處理,考察pH值、H2S氣體分壓、反應溫度、反應時間、Zn~(2+)初始濃度等條件對Zn~(2+)去除效果的影響。在單因素實驗的基礎上進行五因素五水平的正交實驗,并對采用該工藝處理冶煉煙氣洗滌污酸廢水效果進行驗證。研究Zn~(2+)硫化分離的熱力學,及其氣液反應動力學過程,并對鋅沉渣進行分析與表征。結果表明:在最佳工藝條件為模擬溶液初始pH值3、反應時間80 min、溫度35℃、H2S氣體的體積分數為30%、Zn~(2+)初始濃度100 mg/L時,Zn~(2+)脫除率為99.54%,沉渣主要物相為ZnS,鋅的質量分數達63.84%;實際污酸廢水鋅濃度為569和216.7 mg/L時,去除率分別達到99.79%和99.49%。
[Abstract]:The simulated wastewater containing zinc was treated by gas-liquid sulfidation method. The pH value of H _ 2S gas partial pressure, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The effect of the initial concentration of Zn~(2 on the removal efficiency of Zn~(2. Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment with five factors and five levels was carried out. The thermodynamics of Zn~(2) vulcanization separation and the kinetics of gas-liquid reaction were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: initial pH value of simulated solution was 3, reaction time was 80 min, and the volume fraction of H _ 2S gas was 30% at 35 鈩,
