【摘要】：文章以湖南省14個地級市的人居環(huán)境系統(tǒng)為研究對象,構建了內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)耦合度的評價指標體系,運用耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,分析了湖南省人居環(huán)境系統(tǒng)間耦合度和協(xié)調(diào)度的時空演化特征。從空間分異特征來看,系統(tǒng)耦合度的空間差異不明顯,各地市州差距不斷縮小,但整體耦合水平不高。協(xié)調(diào)度總體水平小幅度提升,協(xié)調(diào)度較高的區(qū)域主要集中在省域東部發(fā)達地區(qū)。各地市州應根據(jù)人居環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的耦合度和協(xié)調(diào)度的發(fā)展情況,采取差別化的人居環(huán)境調(diào)控政策。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the residential environment system of 14 prefectural cities in Hunan Province as the research object, constructs the evaluation index system of the internal system coupling degree, and uses the coupling coordination degree model. The spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of coupling degree and coordination degree among human settlements environment systems in Hunan Province are analyzed. From the spatial differentiation characteristics, the spatial difference of system coupling degree is not obvious, and the gap between prefectures and prefectures is narrowing. However, the overall level of coupling is not high. The overall level of coordination is slightly improved. The regions with higher degree of coordination are mainly concentrated in the developed areas in the eastern part of the province. According to the development of the coupling degree and coordination degree of the human settlement environment system, the prefectural states should adopt the differential human settlement environment regulation and control policy.
