【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量急劇增長(zhǎng),所排放的尾氣污染日益嚴(yán)重。隨著我國(guó)城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展和交通需求量的增大,城市隧道的數(shù)量及長(zhǎng)度呈劇增態(tài)勢(shì)。作為相對(duì)封閉的人造空間,隧道因內(nèi)外空氣交換不易,導(dǎo)致機(jī)動(dòng)車尾氣所排放的顆粒物(PM)和二氧化氮(NO2)等典型氣態(tài)污染物逐漸積累,嚴(yán)重影響了城市隧道內(nèi)的行車環(huán)境,對(duì)隧道內(nèi)駕乘人員和周邊居民的身體健康造成了嚴(yán)重威脅。本文針對(duì)如何將除塵脫硝技術(shù)及其關(guān)鍵設(shè)備有效應(yīng)用于城市隧道進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)研究,以期為我國(guó)城市隧道的典型空氣污染物治理提供理論設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。首先,本文綜合比較和分析了現(xiàn)有隧道的空氣凈化技術(shù),選擇具有凈化效率高、工程應(yīng)用成熟并且經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的“靜電除塵+吸附脫硝”作為城市隧道典型空氣污染物(PM和NO2)的治理技術(shù)。接著,選擇一條3000m長(zhǎng)的典型城市隧道作為除塵脫硝技術(shù)及其關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用對(duì)象。通過對(duì)稀釋CO和煙霧需風(fēng)量進(jìn)行比較,確定除塵脫硝設(shè)備運(yùn)行的處理風(fēng)量為250 m3/s。在距離隧道洞口1832 m處開通旁路通道,作為除塵脫硝設(shè)備的安裝機(jī)房位置。然后,根據(jù)250 m3/s的處理風(fēng)量,對(duì)除塵效率為80%的靜電除塵設(shè)備和脫硝效率為90%的吸附脫硝設(shè)備進(jìn)行選型,確定最佳運(yùn)行條件和設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)每天14 h的運(yùn)行時(shí)間,對(duì)城市隧道除塵脫銷設(shè)備的運(yùn)行費(fèi)用進(jìn)行核算和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析。最后,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的城市隧道除塵脫硝技術(shù)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)研究。初步設(shè)計(jì)了一種用于城市隧道典型空氣污染物中的顆粒物(PM)收集、二氧化氮(N02)吸附的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、功能全面、操作方便、成本低的移動(dòng)式城市隧道除塵脫硝車。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of motor vehicles in China is increasing rapidly, and the emission of exhaust gas is becoming more and more serious. With the development of urban construction and the increase of traffic demand in China. The number and length of urban tunnels increase dramatically. As a relatively closed artificial space, the tunnel is not easy to exchange air between inside and outside. The accumulation of typical gaseous pollutants such as particulate matter (PMPM) and nitrogen dioxide (no _ 2) from vehicle exhaust has seriously affected the driving environment in urban tunnels. It poses a serious threat to the health of drivers and residents around the tunnel. This paper studies how to effectively apply the dedusting and denitrification technology and its key equipment to the urban tunnel. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of typical air pollutants in urban tunnels in China. Firstly, this paper comprehensively compares and analyzes the existing tunnel air purification technology, the selection has high purification efficiency. Engineering application of mature and economic "electrostatic dust removal adsorption denitrification" as a typical urban tunnel air pollutants PM and no _ 2) treatment technology. A typical city tunnel with a length of 3000m is selected as the design and application object of dust removal and denitrification technology and its key equipment. It is determined that the handling air volume of the dust-removal and denitrification equipment is 250 m3 / s. A bypass passage is opened at 1832 m from the tunnel entrance as the installation room position of the dust-removal and denitrification equipment. Then. According to the treatment air volume of 250m3 / s, the electrostatic dedusting equipment with dust removal efficiency of 80% and the adsorption denitrification equipment with denitrification efficiency of 90% were selected. According to the operation time of 14 hours per day, the operating cost and economic analysis of the dedusting and unloading equipment in the city tunnel are carried out. The existing technology of dust removal and denitrification in urban tunnels was studied. A new method for collecting particulate matter (PMN) from typical air pollutants in urban tunnels was designed. The structure of nitrogen dioxide (N02) adsorption was simple. Mobile Dust removal and denitrification vehicle with full function, convenient operation and low cost.
