廢舊磚再生骨料混凝土配合比設計的試驗研究

【摘要】:以建筑垃圾廢舊磚為原材料制作再生粗骨料和再生細骨料部分取代天然粗骨料和天然細骨料,以粉煤灰和礦粉部分取代水泥配制廢舊磚再生骨料混凝土,采用正交試驗設計方法進行廢舊磚再生骨料混凝土的抗壓強度試驗,采用極差分析和方差分析確定出各因素影響再生黏土磚混凝土強度的顯著性.試驗結果表明:最佳配合比為A_2B_2C_2D_3;四因素對混凝土抗壓強度影響主次順序為再生粗骨料取代率,粉煤灰取代率,再生細骨料取代率,礦粉取代率;各因素不同水平對再生骨料混凝土強度影響的規(guī)律為,混凝土抗壓強度隨再生粗骨料取代率、粉煤灰取代率和再生細骨料取代率的增大而減小;礦粉取代率在25%時,其強度最大.
[Abstract]:Recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate are made from waste brick of construction waste as raw materials to replace natural coarse aggregate and natural fine aggregate, fly ash and mineral powder are used to replace cement to prepare recycled aggregate concrete of waste brick. The compressive strength test of recycled aggregate concrete of waste brick is carried out by orthogonal test design method, and the significance of each factor affecting the strength of recycled clay brick concrete is determined by extreme difference analysis and variance analysis.
